Beachfront holiday rentals in Costas de Cantabria

Ideal location right next to the beach & in walking distance to all things Somo. This is a beautiful area & a great jumping off place for exploring Cantabria. The apartment is very comfortable, clean & described accurately. Our only negative is that this place is managed by a seemingly large company lacking a personal touch - the text messages we sent were responded to by an AI bot that wasn't always accurate with information & they were not at all flexible with our checkout time. They wanted us to pay for an additional hour stay even though we had rented for a week. Otherwise a great experience & would highly recommend!

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, everything was super clean, Begoña was very nice, she recommended things to do, everything was very clear. The house had all kinds of amenities, I think it's the only place we've been where we can go in and live a normal life without having to go to a supermarket to buy basic things. We'd be delighted to come back another time. PS: He left us 2 umbrellas ☂️ and a parasol in the apartment, ⛱️ which was a luxury, as well as some beach chairs.

The house is small but with everything you need. The garden is very spacious and the barbecue is great for dogs. The location is very quiet and independent and close to Playa el huevo frito, you can walk in 3 minutes and also a specific canine beach at the end of Marzan beach. Lots of walking areas and great sea views.

We loved Carlos’ place in Santander! The view was incredible and the place was spacious and well located. Carlos was super responsive and available throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay there again

The second time we return to this beautiful apartment. A mutual trust between the host and the customer that makes everything very peaceful and transparent. I can only highly recommend this beautiful apartment in front of the ocean and say that Zaira is a very correct and helpful person.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.

Perfect house with everything you need and the porch and garden of 10. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The location between the beaches and the village on a very quiet street in front of the golf course makes it an ideal place to disconnect. The enclosure is totally fenced so it was perfect to have the dog loose and enjoy it as much as we do. The owner has been attentive from the first moment. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great point in favor!

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

We felt like an encasement. Manuel is very friendly and attentive from the time of booking. It was a few days my partner and I with the child to approach Cabárceno and everything was right, it was very close and in the area we had everything.

Great stay at Estíbaliz's apartment. Excellent apartment, with all the necessary accessories, comfortable in new condition, and very clean when we arrived . Excellent welcome from Estíbaliz, when we arrive to give us all the necessary explanations, and respond almost instantly to our messages, whether in writing or having it on the phone Very thoughtful, whenever we ask for information, and anything else . The location very well located, and the parking just under the apartment is locked . Another nice thing is a supermarket next door . All located Very close to downtown and beaches. We'll be back without hesitating.

The host is very friendly and helpful!There are many shops near the house, and it is close to the beach!The house is on the 5th floor with an elevator, not only that, we want to praise the host's hospitality, we love the variety of coffee machines, it's convenient and meets everyone's needs.

Blanca's apartment is a beautiful space, with original paintings, stylish furnishings, comfortable beds and living areas. The neighborhood is very pretty, lots of trees, and convenient to the beach and promenade, grocery store, and other neighborhoods and sights. Parking was plentiful on the street. The building was quiet, and the apartment was well supplied with drinks and kitchen supplies. Would love to come back in the future.

We spent a wonderful few days on vacation, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location near shops and the beach. The only downside I would say is that it is a bit noisy at night due to the bar right downstairs.

The pictures don’t do it justice- stunning view and in a wonderful location at the end of a peninsula. Easy access to both of Suances beaches and great restaurants close by. Our weekend stay couldn’t have been better.

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both everyday living and cooking (the only thing missing was a kettle, but that wasn’t a big deal). The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many cafes around. The host Pablo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Great place to stay in Somo! Would 100% recommend staying at Sandras place and we will be back! The appartment is super close (1min walking) to the beach and all nice places in Somo. Super clean, everything you need is there (even spices& oil, shampoo etc.) We felt super comfortable and Sandra was always super helpful and responsive when we needed her. The wifi also works great in case you need to work! 10000% can recommend :)
