The apartment had everything and you could feel the love and attention that has been given to putting everything that is available to guests: cooking utensils, cloths, coffee, jams, etc. I would definitely repeat my stay. Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for lovers of hiking. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

The host, Silvia, was charming and decisive from the beginning. He took into account all our requests and was very kind. The apartment is very comfortable, it has all the facilities and amenities (especially a large closet and a very comfortable bed), as well as a terrace that we could enjoy every day of our stay (because the weather was very good). The area is very pleasant, quiet, residential, but with high-quality shops nearby. Communication with the center by bus is very easy. If I go back to Santander, I'll choose this apartment, no doubt.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Impeccable cleanliness. It has everything you need to feel at home. The mattress is comfortable. As it is a flat that overlooks an interior area, it is not noisy, but it is not dark either, because it is like a fairly large roof. It is in a central area. There is a parking meter nearby where you can stay for 2 hours for 1.45. Both Mary Luz and Maxi have been very attentive and have responded quickly to messages. Highly recommended!

He helps you with everything you need. The garage is very large and easy to park. We are very happy and satisfied with the house and the surroundings, our dogs were delighted. If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

We are three adults with a dog. Enclosed property, the owner himself has a small (well-tolerated) dog, you can tell. Dog blanket on couch and dog bed available, Apartment very clean, tastefully furnished, everything works, wonderful well-kept garden with beautiful hedge as a privacy screen to the street, good grill, 2 good garden loungers, parasol, dining area, additionally breathtaking view from the balcony over the village into the countryside, the best beds (mattresses) I have had in a vacation apartment in years, complete peace at night, The town of Somo does not offer much, but Santander is very nice to reach via a small ferry, The beach is huge, finest sand, is cleaned, bathing area monitored, dogs (although prohibited on the beach during the day) were tolerated in June, crystal clear water The beach is within walking distance, about 15 minutes, and can be reached via various paths through a pine grove. it was wonderful - thank you Jesus!!

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

The stay was most pleasant starting with Pilar, pending at all times. The house is very well located, in a quiet area and with everything you could need, in addition to being impeccable. We would come back and recommend it without any hesitation.

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect for surfing, hiking and relaxing with a small supermarket nearby. The many good restaurants are also just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
