We spent almost a week at Joe's apartment. We were happy in all aspects: the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the photos do justice to it, the wonderful views, the space, the location, the good treatment. You can see the affection and care that Joe puts in that we are comfortable and we are not missing anything. We will be back!

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

We had an amazing weekend in this apartment. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the beach and in a very quiet area, ideal for disconnecting. A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

The accommodation is a 5 min walk from the beach, it has very good restaurants nearby, and is 15 min from the port, where there are many nightlife venues. It is a very quiet area, the apartment was spotless and a very good host.

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

Marta's place was more than we could have wished for... The house has everything and feels like home from home. The combination of garden pool and direct access on to the beach felt like such a privilege. We were a little worried that the building work in the next door plot might disturb us but it really wasn't an issue. Getting up for sunrise on the beach and snorkeling with octopus are just some of the memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you Marta for sharing your beautiful house.

The communication with the host was quick and easy. Instructions were very accurate and easy to follow. The flat is very confortable and beautiful. We had a very nice stay. It was like being at home. The kitchen was big and it had all utilities to cook anything. It was also value for money. We would definitely stay again if we return.

I was with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the apartment is super spacious and super complete. We found it very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days there. To be repeated, highly recommended.

A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

An excellent and clean modern apartment, about 50 metres from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the historic centre. Personalised and helpful reception. We can only recommend this unit in every aspect.

Gemma and her husband are lovely, from the first moment, very attentive, reserving us space to park since it is a complicated area for it. Perfect beach apartment to spend a few days in Almeria, a few meters from the sea. Comfortable beds (pillows that are pretty hard). Towels, sheets, overall cleaning, all great. I would definitely repeat.

The accommodation was nice, the beach right outside the door, on request we could park in the enclosed courtyard. The location was really good and the terrace for eating and watching the sunset was great. In general, however, it was seen that the accommodation was simply a bit "worn out". That was a bit of a shame. Also a little dusty and the kitchen could have been cleaned better, but nothing really bad now. Alex was very helpful and on request he or his aunt was there.
