We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

Casa fantastica. Posizione perfetta . privacy assoluta. Esperienza ultra positiva: la casa e’ a meno di 4 minuti di auto dallo spot kitesurf di Si Gideu. Ritornerò’ sicuramente: casa tenuta benissimo,pulitissima, perfettamente accessoriata di tutto cio’ che necessita una permanenza. Grazie mille all’host per le info chiarissime su come raggiungere l’abitazione.

Zur Begrüßung selbstgebackener Kuchen, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Ein weitläufiger Strand vor der Tür (5 min), Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne rote Berge. Am Eingang eines wundervollen Wandergebietes! Nach Süden ausgerichtet, mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Wir haben die Abende am Pizzaofen ausklingen lassen. Mario und Silvia haben sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles gefällt. Wir haben die Zeit vollstens genossen. Wer Touristenmassen sucht, muss sicherlich woanders suchen. 👍👍👍

Le logement est très agréable, avec une belle piscine et à proximité de la côte et des plages en voiture. Gian Luca était très réactif, je recommande !

Magnifique maison! Très confortable et très bien équipée. La terrasse est devenue notre salle de vie! C’est calme et la vie! WoW! Epicerie à 5 minutes en voiture! 2 plages qui se font en 15 minutes à pieds. Sinon, beaucoup d’autres plages proches en voiture! Nous recommandons fortement. Merci Gloria qui a été très réactive et aidante pour les idées de restos. Ciao!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Villetta pulitissima , funzionale e dotata di tutto il necessario. Spazio esterno con un bel prato curato , piante, barbecue, doccia esterna, lavandino e lavatrice. Portico grande con un bel tavolo. Zona tranquilla, relax garantito. 10 minuti di macchina dalle più belle spiaggie della zona. A disposizione lettini, spiaggine e ombrellone! Sono felice di aver conosciuto Teresina e la sua famiglia . Grazie dell'accoglienza e speriamo di poter tornare !

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

What an incredible place to stay in Sardinia! The house is not only spacious and comfortable but also has an almost magical garden that feels like a hidden paradise. Its location, right next to the stunning Costa Rei beach, couldn’t be more perfect. Davide, the host, was outstanding—very accommodating and always ready to help. I truly hope to have the chance to return one day. This place made our Sardinian getaway unforgettable!

Perfect place for our Sardinian vacation! The host was responsive and communication was smooth from booking to checkout. Check-in was hassle-free and the house itself is absolutely charming - clean and beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing in the peaceful environment after our daily excursions. The location was ideal, just a short drive to reach all the attractions in Cagliari. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Haus! Alessandro hat uns vorab schon viele tolle Tipps zukommen lassen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit sardischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Check-In und Out verliefen unkompliziert. Wir waren von der Lage, dem Blick und der Ausstattung des Hauses absolut begeistert. Das Haus ist 8 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt - auch hier! Alessandro hat uns Liegen und Schirme zur Verfügung gestellt, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir hatten kurzzeitig ein Problem mit dem Bewässerungssystem, nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme mit Alessandro sind 5 Minuten später Gärtner eingetroffen die das Ganze behoben haben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke für diese unglaublich tolle Zeit 🌞❤️

Il soggiorno a casa di Sonia è stato perfetto, la casa è super spaziosa, rinnovata di recente e con un bello spazio esterno che abbiamo apprezzato sia noi che il nostro cane! Consigliato per una vacanza rilassante in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge bellissime.

Enrico ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, klar und zuverlässig. Das Haus war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Enrico mit Herz bei der Sache ist und seinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit ermöglichen möchte. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihm uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung liegt weiter oben im Ort, mit einem kleinen Auto über ein paar enge Kurven gut zu erreichen, mit privatem Parkplatz. Es gibt 2 Außenbereiche, alle Fenster haben Moskitonetze was dort äußerst wichtig ist (das Moskitonetz im Bad sollte ersetzt werden) Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Wasser, aber es wurde durch schnelle Kommunikation gelöst Es ist schön ruhig in der Nacht.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Michele. Un plateau apéritif vous attend à l'arrivée, très sympathique. Superbe vue mer et montagne depuis la terrasse. Appartement spacieux. Michele a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. A recommander.

Joe was an incredible host, he was responsive and helpful. The house was so amazing, location was great, we had stunning beaches and restaurants a short drive away. The pool and garden were great for us and were beautifully maintained. The beds were on the firmer side and for a staying for a week it would have been great to get some extra towels but overall the house was well stocked and rooms were lovely, so great to have some many rooms with ensuites. Joe left us a little present for our daughter’s 2nd birthday that we celebrated which was so thoughtful. Joe also went over and above when we were looking for a private chef. Amazing house! Amazing host, we will be revisiting very soon. Thank you Joe!

abbiamo fatto due settimane perfette in costa rei..posto accogliente e comodo alla spiaggia/paese/servizi. la terrazza merita il viaggio. posto auto privato comodo. l’appartamento dispone di tutte le cose base per sentirsi come a casa. unico mio consiglio, per renderlo davvero al top a livello di confort, mettere un materasso nuovo. ci torneremo sicuramente

We had an amazing stay. The garden is just lovely, very spacious, quiet and private. The place was clean and fully-equipped. Everything is within walking distance; grocery store, bakery (keep in mind they close for a few hours in the afternoon), restaurants, beach. Oh and there's a local market on Thu and Sat! There is a strict trash separation policy on the island, which means there are different bins (for plastic, organic waste, etc.), which need to be put outside on different days. But this is not a big deal, as long as you follow the calendar :-) Pierluigi was very kind and responsive. I would recommend everyone to book!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Unser Aufenthalt in Silvias Apartment war optimal! Wir waren Anfang September, also gerade im Übergang von Haupt- zu Nebensaison. Wahrscheinlich deshalb waren die direkt angrenzenden Apartments kaum belegt und daher sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Apartments sind im schönen mediterranen Stil gebaut, mit Pflanzen drumrum und einem traumhaften Blick auf die Costa Rei. Der Weg zu Strand ist entweder zu Fuß in ca 9min erreichbar (allerdings bergauf/ab) oder mit dem Auto in 3min und guten Parkplätzen. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr freundlich, zügig und einfach. Wir kamen über Self Check in rein und fanden eine sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und Sitzplatz (Blick aufs Meer). Die Küche ist mit den Basic Utensilien ausgestattet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Gerne wieder! <3

Dom leży dosłownie 5 minut od plaży. Bardzo ładny widok z tarasu. Pralka w łazience. Czysto i najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy na start dostępne. Zapomnieliśmy słuchawek z obiektu i właściciel przywiózł nam je na lotnisko!!! Postaramy wrócić się w tym wrześniu. Dziękujemy ❤️
