Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Costa Rei

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

The house was good for us as a family of 5 (had an air mattress for child #3. Good size, very well maintained and a very nice and helpful landlord. The beach is about 7-8 minutes on foot. Very quiet location. Thank you for the great accommodation!

The house is well maintained, clean, and equipped with any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). In 8 we were very comfortable thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The location is also very convenient, being the country in which it is very well cared for and equipped with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, and some places where you can eat and drink well spending the right amount). Stefano, the owner, was a great person. She helped us resolve a car issue, making herself completely available.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. Also for the beach, practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling batteries were available. The way to the next supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxing sleep. Still highly recommended! Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The accommodation was absolutely clean and lovingly prepared – even for our dog, bowls were ready. Separate towels and a baby bed were provided for our baby, which made our stay much easier. We also found it particularly attentive that towels and bed linen were freshly changed after a few days. The hosts were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is nice and quiet - perfect for relaxing. However, a car is definitely necessary to be mobile. Practical: There is a private parking space directly at the accommodation. A small minus point is the WLAN, which was a bit weak - otherwise everything was really great. We will be happy to come back!

Nice apartment, everything that is necessary was available. Outdoor area very nice, especially the outdoor shower convinced us. The beaches in the area (Chia, Tuerredda) are very, very nice and reachable within 10-20 minutes by car. The nice town of Pula is also easily accessible within 15 minutes and also recommended. It is not possible without a car, there are no restaurants that would be easily accessible on foot. Due to the fact that the apartment is on a hill, you can also hear the traffic from the street at night, which bothered us a little while sleeping. Otherwise everything worked out and we had a very nice stay in the area.

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

We felt comfortable in Lara's apartment from the beginning. Everything is very lovingly furnished and super clean. We were able to check in flexibly, which was very pleasant given our early arrival. Lara was always easy to reach, very friendly and always answered us quickly. We can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Poetto. Thank you for having us.

Unbeatable stay in Sardinia! Our 3-day stay at Pierpaolo's house in southern Sardinia was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is incredibly complete, equipped with absolutely everything you could need and more. They really thought of every detail, which made our stay very comfortable and carefree. The location is fantastic: quiet, but at the same time ideally located to explore both the wonderful beaches of the south of the island and the vibrant city of Cagliari. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds without having to travel far. But, without a doubt, what we highlight the most is Pierpaolo's hospitality and attention. He is by far the best host we have had in our already extensive experience on Airbnb. Their kindness and willingness made our visit even more special. We recommend this house 100% and we sincerely hope to return very soon.

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cabin. It's quite rustic, even a little spartan, but it had everything we needed and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Contrary to what some people were saying, we didn't find the last stretch of road a problem. It's easily navigable by any regular car, and the remote nature of the place is precisely what makes it great.

Really, Michele‘s house is a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s as remote as one can get in Sardinia – surrounded by wild nature, silence, the forrest and open skies. Yet, despite the remoteness, the house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully and beautifully designed. The apartment is decorated with great taste and a sense of personality that makes it feel warm and authentic. Michele has been more than helpful in every aspect – from thoughtful recommendations and a warm welcome to making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt welcome and cared for. If you’re looking for peace, connection to nature (!), and a unique place to stay far from the crowds, this is it.

A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!
