Ana is a wonderful host, she met us at the property and showed us around, she have us lots of helpful hints and tips about the locality. I had a couple of questions during our stay and she responded within minutes, offering to come over if required. The house was spacious and very clean. Everything you could want was provided which was excellent because we didn't have to go out immediately to buy anything. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, a wide range of spices, olive oil, etc etc. There was body wash in the bathrooms and towels were provided for the hot tub too. The location is perfect, so close to town and to plenty of shops bars cafes and restaurants. This was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience and we would happily return. Thanks Ana, much appreciated

I had a wonderful stay at Tomas’s place. Everything in the house was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The area is very quiet and nice, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tomas was quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, I would advise against driving there, especially if you have a big car. Parking is difficult to find, and the streets are very narrow. It’s better to leave your car at a car park in the city center and use public transport or walk to the house. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Wij waren met vier vrouwen en het was een topverblijf! Rocio legde bij binnenkomst alles rustig en duidelijk uit en gaf ons tips voor eettentjes en bezienswaardigheden. Op voorhand dacht ze al met ons mee! Er was veel ruimte en de 2 badkamers zijn heel fijn! Het plekje met het zwembad was een fijne afwisseling met het verkennen van de prachtige stad Sevilla. Ik zou zo weer teruggaan naar deze plek!

An authentic home with a cozy, comfy feel. A quiet neighborhood in a short driving distance to downtown Tavira and local attractions. We felt right at home! *Worth noting; if you plan to use the laundry washing machine— yes, it is available. But, it is on the rooftop up a set of stairs. The machine itself is just moderately effective. We like to pack light and do laundry along the way, so this was a slight letdown. Overall- we would love to return.

If you are planning a trip to Sevilla...YOU WANT THIS PLACE! It is by far THE BEST Airbnb we have visited throughout our European adventure. They thought of the little touches that make you feel like they are invested in you enjoying your stay. You receive such a great welcoming message with incredible recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. You truly feel like you are being "hosted" by the presentation from Teresa Y Javi. As for the place... It's a ground floor unit with what must be 12' ceilings because it is so spacious it feels like you're in a house not an apartment. The interior is not decorated, it is STYLED with class and sophistication. Outside, you have the old world narrow cobblestone streets with cafes, tapas bars, supermarkets and very friendly people. You won't be disappointed with this place!

Tuvimos una estadía espectacular, con una maravillosa vista al mar. El departamento súper completo, cuenta con todo lo necesario -y más - para pasar momentos inolvidables. Andrés un anfitrión 5 estrellas, procuró dejar todos los insumos listos para su uso y estuvo atento a nuestras necesidas. Hace 20 días que estamos recorriendo España y este lugar superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría.

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Guillermo qui travaille avec Karim. Guillermo s'est montré professionnel, très agréable et disponible. Il nous a fourni plein de bons conseils et infos utiles. Merci Guillermo ! Excellent logement que nous recommandons vivement. Piscine et résidence propre et très bien entretenues. Proches des grandes villes du sud de l'Andalousie (1 à 2 heures de route). Cadre au top ! Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour, bien au contraire ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch die sehr zentrale Lage aus. Es befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines sauberen, ordentlichen Hauses. Der Balkon und das Schlafzimmer befinden sich von der Straße abgewandt, daher sehr ruhig, und vom Balkon aus blickt man auf ein Gartenstück mit Palmen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber Marco hat auf unsere Wünsche sofort reagiert und uns zwei einzelne Bettdecken bringen lassen statt einer großen. Danke dafür. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Stadt Estepona mit ihrer Altstadt ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt, die bei der dortigen Parksituation sehr angenehm war.

We had the pleasure of the staying at Rita’s place for a week in April 2025. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, the rooftop terrace with a bbq is perfect for dinner with fresh seafood from the local market. It was our 3rd visit to the Algarve region and Manta Rota is one of our favorite spots so far, we’d definitely return to Manta Rota and book the apartment again.

Alojamiento con toda la equipación necesaria como para que te sientas como en casa. En calles tranquilas, pero al mismo se podría decir que en centro de Tarifa. Fácil aparcamiento y comunicación siempre rápida con los propietarios.

Het is een prachtig appartement, we hebben er 16 nachten verbleven en een heerlijke tijd gehad. Als enige minpuntje 2 badlakens en 2 kleine handdoeken is te weinig per week

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this place. The unit was clean with very nice outdoor spaces and the sheltered terrace for when the winds are strong. Short walk to the town centre and beaches, and very easy access to the highway for traveling to other beaches/towns. It was quiet in the evenings, almost no outside noise. Convenient to have the Lidl a 2-minute walk away for groceries (there is also a nice view of the sunset at the edge of the parking lot). The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. They had the place nicely set up with a pack and play, and a high chair for our baby. Really great stay overall.

Logement magnifique et plus que fidèle aux photos. Un séjour parfait où l’on arrive à se déconnecter totalement. L’hôte était plus qu’accueillante, elle est très bienveillante !! Je recommande à 1000%

estuvimos muy agusto, es un apartamento amplio, limpio y las camas muy cómodas, lo único que no me gustó esque hice la reserva en junio y hasta que no llegamos no nos dijo que solo podíamos utilizar la piscina comunitaria hasta el día 8 de septiembre. Por todo lo demás perfecto.

Great stay at Barbara’s place. Very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The fridge and coffee machine didn’t work during our stay but Barbara was very responsive and gave us compensation for these issues. I wish the check in was a little more flexible (like a self-check in) because we had to give a time that we would arrive to meet but our plans changed last minute and this was difficult. But overall great stay!

Muy recomendable. En medio de la ciudad y fácil para aparcar, se puede ir a dar un paseo desde allí tranquilamente. La casa con aire acondicionado, moderna y cómoda.

Manuel und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr funktional. Unser Leihwagen war in der Tiefgarage sicher untergebracht, sie ist für Fremde nicht zugänglich. Es waren nur wenige andere Mieter da und es war die meiste Zeit sehr ruhig, abends zeigte sich aber anhand eines benachbarten Fernsehers, dass das Gebäude sehr hellhörig ist. Bis zum Strand, der Mündung des Quadalquivirs, ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Zum Baden empfehlen sich Wasserschuhe, da es viele scharfkantige Muschelschalen gibt. Leider liegt viel Müll am Strand. Bis zum Zentrum sind es nur ca. 15min zu Fuß, es gibt aber auch wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Sevilla, Cádiz und Ronda sind mit dem Auto gut als Tagesausflug zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Apartamento muy agradable en una buena urbanización. Bien comunicado y zona agradable. Nosotros nos alojamos 6 y aunque 2 dormían en sofá cama, este es bastante cómodo. Aitor es muy cercano y la comunicación con el muy fácil.
