Townhome holiday rentals in Costa de Almería

Carbonera is lovely and very peaceful, good hiking in the area. It has a very Spanish atmosphere. Very friendly helpful people. It has a good weekly market. The location of Diego's house is excellent. Public transport is limited so taxi or hire car needed if you want to explore further. We were very happy that we chose it rather than some of the busier towns in Almeria and would thoroughly recommend Diego's house as the perfect location.

Nos encantó el sitio!!. Muy cómodo, limpio, fácil acceso tanto en coche como a pie (el pueblo de la Isleta es muy pequeño). Lourdes muy atenta, se ocupó de todos los detalles, hasta nos dejó bebidas frescas en la nevera. Muy recomendable para unas vacaciones en familia. Volveríamos sin duda.

La casa está muy bien situada y las terrazas son geniales con el mar de fondo. Nuestra estancia fue perfecta y disfrutamos mucho de la casa y de su zona. Por poner alguna puntualización, hay un poco de ruido por las noches (algo de música y camiones de la basura) pero se podría cerrar todo si se pusiera aire acondicionado en la habitación que le falta. Pero en general todo muy bien, volveremos.

Carmen's and Jose's casita is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so that you have everything you need to prepare your own meals. Beds are comfy and WiFi is fast and reliable. Communication with both is promptly and very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the house the second time and I would always come back again. A highly recommended accommodation in Cabo de Gata.

Todo muy bien. Es un lugar maravilloso y tranquilo. Muy limpio el alojamiento y muy correcta la anfitriona, sin duda repetiré.

Wir hatten das Erdgeschoss des Reihenhäuschens. Betten und Ausstattung waren prima, alles sehr sauber, netter kleiner Innenhof mit Sonne und Baumschatten. Es war sehr ruhig um die Jahreszeit, ich gehe mal davon aus, dass die meisten Häuschen in diesem Wohngebiet Ferienhäuser sind. CheckIn und CheckOut liefen kontaktlos, Catalina hatte eine Freundin/Kollegin vor Ort, an die wir uns jederzeit hätten wenden können.

Lovely small house right in the picturesque village of Mojácar. The house is divided in two floors, with a wonderful roof terrace on top with views down to the coast. The house is built into the hill so there is exposed rock, which gives the house authentic character. This also means the stairs are uneven and awkward, so bear this is mind if you have mobility issues (this is true of the entire village). The house is decorated in a bohemian rustic style that is comfortable and charming. Kitchen well equipped for preparing your own meals. We didn’t get to meet the host in person but communication was straightforward and clear. Great place for a couple to stay to explore this part of Almería.

Excepcional la casa y el trato con Juan y con Ángela (encargada de llaves). La casa está impecable, muy limpia, muy cuidada. Los utensilios de cocina nuevos, sin faltar de nada. Tiene 3 habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y dos con dos camas, en las cuales se está super a gusto (quizás el colchón de matrimonio sea muy duro, cuestión de gustos). A/A con bomba de calor en el salón y habitación de matrimonio (no se si una de las habitaciones tiene porque no la usamos, tampoco el baño de abajo), y varios calefactores eléctricos para toda la casa, así como muchos regleteros para su uso. cosa que en muchos alojamientos no encuentras. Puntos negativos: No tiene caldera, es un termo de 75L el cual no da para 3 duchas largas seguidas, teniendo en cuenta que al no haber lavavajillas, usas el agua caliente para fregar cacharros. No tiene persianas, son contraventanas, entra muchísima luz al amanecer y con la luz de la calle por la noche. La alcachofa de la bañera no se sujeta, muy incómodo.

El anfitrión, muy amable y siempre presente ante cualquier duda, la casa nos encantó muy acogedora y muy equipada.

À notre arrivée il manquait certains équipements, mais notre hôte a été très réactif et nous a amené rapidement les choses manquante. L’appartement est très confortable et les 2 terrasses sont très intéressantes. Les lits sont très confortables. On ne peut pas stationner la voiture dans la rue, mais il y a un stationnement à une minute à pied où il y a toujours des espaces libres. Si vous cuisinez, la cuisine est assez bien équipée. Les meilleurs churros que nous avons mangés à Orgiva sont à la Churrería asador Carmen. À moins d’une heure en voiture il ya beaucoup de randonnées à faire. Nous recommandons l’hébergement de Nicole et Jack. Lors de notre séjour c’était Aingeal qui s’occupait de nous. Il a été parfait en tout point!

Todo perfecto, unos días espectaculares

The house is as described and the landlord very helpful with instructions and flexible with checkout time which was really appreciated. Just be aware that the lift nearby is for pedestrians only and no children under1.2m allowed. In order to access the ski slopes you need to walk to the end of the close to catch the bus which runs every 30minutes and costs 1 Euro per person, cash only. A lovely stay, thank you.

Buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila de Agua Amarga. Se trata de una casa de pueblo de dos plantas (cocina independiente, baño y comedor-recibidor en la planta baja, y dos dormitorios y baño en la primera) y una azotea muy bien aprovechada. La casa cuenta con aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y el comedor. Muy recomendable si se elige Agua Amarga como emplazamiento para pernoctar en Cabo de Gata.

The house is beautiful and very charming, in a lovely village. The area is very relaxing, with a lovely view from the roof terrace over the mountains. The local people are very friendly and we enjoyed a few evenings in Piki bar which is 2 minutes walk from the house. Floris was really helpful and communicated very well ahead of our trip and whilst we were out there. We would definitely recommend Canar and this house specifically for anyone looking for a relaxing stay away

We had a lovely stay. The appartement was very clean. The airco very good. The communication with Adrian was also excellent. The community pool was clean. We used the car to visit some nearby beaches as the one closest was not our favorite personally. We were at the beginning of the season so it was still calm and the beaches not too crowded.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en el dúplex. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente al mar, y la casa está muy bien equipada y limpia. Ideal para ir con amigos o familia. Beatriz fue una anfitriona atenta y amable en todo momento. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Ewa is an amazing host. she was very flexible to our needs. There is all the stuff provided to make it feel home from home and you never needed to buy stuff eg BBQ utensils etc. it was all there.. very comfortable furnishings and spotless. The only negative is that we only had a week there. Thank you ewa for such a lovely stay. hopefully we will be able to re book for our next visit over.

Paula's place has so much space! It was incredible to stay in. You can generate your time from the front bedrooms balcony, which extended a generous length, unbelievable. There's an patio with a eating table, that leads from the kitchen that's also an enormous space. And there's a front porch with also a eating table to lounge around. Spectacular spaces to lose yourself, and to gather with others. Paula is fabulous!

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento. A destacar las vistas que tenía tanto desde la terraza, como de las 2 habitaciones. Rosa, que fue la persona que nos recibió fue muy amable en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable.

Annie and I had a fabulous welcome to Helens home within a beautiful peaceful village. The property was spotlessly clean, very well furnished and everything you would require for a holiday was available, just like home from home ! The location was very peaceful with friendly locals, the shop was very well stocked . It was a bonus to have a pool with bar and Tapas a two minute walk from the property Helen was a super host with a mine of local information and nearby should you need advice on anything. We had an amazing holiday in gorgeous Almeria
