Thick walls and slatted roofs are elements of the traditional architecture available at this cottage. With more than 100 years of history, it has housed 3 generations of our family. It has been recently renovated, it has the comforts of a modern home and the charm of an old house. It is located in a small and quiet town called La Huerta, just 3 km from Antas. It is an ideal place to rest and disconnect; also to visit some tourist places such as Cabo de Gata, Mojacar, Bedar, Pulpli geode, etc.

Ideal area to relax away from the city, just a 7-minute walk from downtown Durcal, on the way to the Bolos route, Valle de Lecrin, 25 minutes from Granada and the beach, 45 minutes from Sierra Nevada. Nice house in the village of Pampaneira, La Alpujarra Granadina. Located in the upper part of the village, with magnificent views and a very quiet area to rest. The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a double bed and a sitting room, a laundry room, the main bathroom, and the entrance to the house. Upstairs, there is a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a toilet, and a small terrace.
