Loft holiday rentals in Costa de Almería

Fantastic accommodation, as seen in photos. The location is exceptional right on the beach and with a large pool if you prefer. The apartment consists of a living room with American kitchen and 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom type suite. The entire house has Air conditioning except for the small room downstairs. Very clean upon arrival. The only thing that would improve for future stays would be the mattresses, somewhat uncomfortable but it will be a matter of being used to my house. Large parking space. Recommended

The location is perfect. Walking on all sides. Great views. Tranquilo. We didn't struggle to park, despite being August. The house is renovated with intelligence, spacious and uncluttered. There is a small elevator, it must be new… Thank you very much! Mechanical blinds and very good mosquitoes. The security locks on the windows are a little uncomfortable. On the terrace there is less an awning and a more comfortable table and chairs. Spacious and comfy bed. Laura has given us facilities, recommended places, and responded quickly. It is highly recommended for a couple, very happy to have been. We would repeat.

I was in the apartment for a month and was very satisfied. The balcony and the view of the sea is fantastic. The two supermarkets downstairs next to the apartment are very convenient. The fiber optic internet is stable and very fast, I was able to work remotely well. The kitchen is well equipped with high-quality and clean appliances. Everything is within walking distance, and there is even a gym almost diagonally opposite the apartment, where you can work out for €3. There are tapas in every restaurant; during my stay I tried almost all the restaurants in the city :) Adra is a small town with few tourists, and that's exactly what I liked. Communication with Isma was impeccable, he always responded very quickly. I hope I can come back again sometime.

Great location within walking distance to everything. Main town square is a 10 - 15 min walk down steps or there is a chair lift 2 minutes from the house or a ski run next to the building. There is also a great ski hire shop next to the accommodation called Carving Ski Rental (highly recommended). Accommodation was perfect, we were 3 guys and it served its purpose. Had everything we needed, and in a quiet area with amazing views of the mountain and ski run. Massive bonus was a private parking inside the underground car park of the building. Host was excellent with communication. We will be back!

Everything perfect! The house is very nice and the terrace is a pass. Jose was attentive all weekend. Discover the welcome detail they left us chocolates and champagne that you loved it! Thank you very much for everything !

Nice location close to the beach, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a perfect apartment to spend a weekend as a couple or alone... it is not very large, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and everything within reach. It has a large terrace overlooking the sea and equipped to be able to go out for breakfast, lunch, dinner... it is very good in it!! (we did not find any light bulb at night, I would add a light). We have spent very little time in the apartment, but it is ideal for visiting the area and being on the beach. It features a parking space. The apartment is fully equipped with products and utensils. Communication for the delivery of keys, very good. Definitely a place to repeat!! Thank you!

The accommodation was very clean and welcoming, complete with services and utensils. Excellent communication with the owner, who lives next to the rented property and can quickly resolve any need. She has always been very helpful and attentive.
