Villa holiday rentals in Costa Brava

We had a fantastic 2 ½ weeks at Dori’s house. It’s in a great location for exploring all the gorgeous local bays on foot and is a 15-20 stroll from the lovely town of Begur. There is a good supermarket less than 10 minutes away on foot. We had a car, and one is definitely needed if looking to explore further afield (Girona is a must), as buses are basically non-existent. The house itself is spacious and has a lovely, enclosed garden, which was great for our dog. The master suite on the first floor is newly renovated and bright. The other double room is large but, as the house is built on a hillside, lacks natural light (although this may be a good thing in the height of summer). The second bathroom is rather dated – but this is clear in the photos. Dori herself speaks minimal English, and we speak no Catalan, but we got by and found her and her husband Blas very helpful and quick to respond to queries.

Lovely private authentic Spanish house. Well equipped kitchen. The cute little beachfront town is worth the very steep walk back - great exercise ;). Really nice beach and great for kids. Thanks for a nice stay!

The house was a wonderful retreat in the rolling hills of Costa Brava. The 250 year old home was charming and a character of our holiday. We all remarked how quiet the house was to sleep in and how we all slept so well. The pool and grounds were wonderful. Thank you to our host . And Rupia is so picturesque.

We were able to enjoy Patrick and Béatrice's place on a 4-day weekend. the house is very beautiful and well equipped. The weather didn't allow us to make the most of its potential because everything is done so that we can have a great time Patrick and Beatrice are very responsive and proactive in sharing activities to do and places to visit in the area I highly recommend it.

Evelyn's place definitely met all our expectations. The house is very spacious, equipped with all the things needed for a long stay. The view is lovely. The pool is nice. Take into account a somewhat winding drive to the neighborhood, but the location is worth it :)

The accommodation is on a hillside and has an exceptional view of the snowy Pyrenees to the beaches of the Bay of Roses. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which contributes to absolute calm. For a relaxing stay, it's ideal.

We had an amazing moment at the villa, environment is peaceful and we can’t really get tired of that fantastic view !

We spent a relaxing week in Pierre and Colette's house! In warm sunny weather, we enjoyed the great terrace with sea views. It is also very pleasant that you can always find a shady spot (if you want it). It is a 5-minute walk to the beach with crystal-clear water (the way back is uphill, but that is also easy to do). There is a beach café with simple dishes and a restaurant on site. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay – the villa’s location is excellent, with stunning sea views and complete privacy. The pool area is fantastic – clean, spacious, and gets sunshine all day. The kitchen was spotless, large, and well-equipped, with an extra fridge to keep drinks chilled. The wrap-around balcony offers amazing views, perfect for relaxing and watching the world float by. Yana was a warm and friendly host, responding to our questions straight away. A few things to note: the villa is on a very steep hill, and the photos don’t fully show the incline. I consider myself fit, but found it tough to walk up from the main road in the 2pm heat! There are also quite a few steps to get from the front gate to the top floor, so those with elderly family members or anyone with mobility issues might find it difficult. A car is definitely essential for getting around. Overall, the villa was perfect, and we’d definitely return!

We absolutely loved out stay, the house and garden was beautiful and we felt right at home from the start! The surrounding nature is incredible and so peaceful. I would also recommend it to everyone and I would happily go back. Worth every penny!

Great place. Comfortable home. Would book again. Really enjoyed the small town. Home was big and the hosts were excellent. The home is right next to the church so be prepared for church bells to ring every hour until around midnight.

We stayed with Eugénie as a family for a week and we loved our stay thanks to Eugénie and her valuable advice in the region but also thanks to her simply perfect accommodation and in a dream setting. The house is beautifully located and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Super pool and terrace overlooking the whole bay and harbor. Kitchen very well equipped, all bedrooms with great bathrooms and very spacious lounge area on the ground floor. Costa Brava Suites welcomed us in a very friendly way and always took care of our inquiries very quickly during our stay.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for lots of space to enjoy a family holiday. The house and garden are better than the photos! Your hosts are very responsive via a whats app group so you can always find out what you need. The pool area is beautiful. There are lots of spaces for BBQ and eating al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Incredible home, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed a relaxing stay as a group of friends, enjoying the pool, bbq, pool table, table tennis and the surrounding grounds are beautiful for walking.

Lovely house, stylishly furnished, very spacious with lots of outside areas. Beautiful sea views, my favorite time of day was waking up and enjoying coffee on the terrace overlooking the sea. Very welcoming host Becky, who greeted us in person on arrival and came to see us off. Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this house! Mark

Villa Zara is in a beautiful peaceful position with lots of space for our family of 3 generations with enough separate bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. A lovely pool enjoyed by all, even though a little cold in April/May we still used it in the hot weather. Sarah was very helpful and communicative and Joan who oversees the property could not have done more to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend for a family holiday. Only 20 minutes drive to beautiful medieval villages and picturesque coves with sandy beaches.

My family had a wonderful time! Thank you, Jose Luis and Veronica! The house is absolutely beautiful, modern and clean. Perfect location for those who want a beautiful quiet place with a short drive to restaurants and entertainment places. The beach is amazing and not crowded.

This villa gives the opportunity to live in a real home in a real neighborhood. We loved our view from the upstairs deck, and made use of the pool even though we visited in May and it was still cool. We appreciated the essentials left for us in the kitchen, which made it easy to cook at home. It all felt very personable and authentic, as if friends were letting us use their place while they were out of town. Note that there are about 40 stairs to get to the front door, and that the property is laid out over three stories— the pool, a laundry/deck area, and the living space at the top. I had envisioned that this would be more of a country villa, but it really is in a neighborhood. There are neighbor noises, dogs barking, and potential for very windy days. All worth it for this unique and enjoyable stay.
