There's a big garden, the swimming pool and a lot of nature. Our place is in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the Nationla Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.

The strategic location allows you to easily reach the sea and the hiking and mountain biking trails of the Apennines, and is located on the Via Francigena route.
