Had a great stay at this charming efficiency rental near the beach in Corpus Christi! Just a short stroll to the North Padre Island beach, the rental itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host (Donald) sent very specific and understandable instructions for check in, check out, and operations of the facilities. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This Airbnb was one of the nicest ones I’ve stayed at and not just because of the beautiful view! It was also very clean and Mark was a great host who was there for any questions I had. The elevator is a little scary and pretty humid but after the elevator ride you can walk right out to the beach or the huge heated pool. I was able to rent a golf cart and keep it overnight at the hotel. They also give you free parking passes. The condo also has security at night that walk around the property which makes you feel safe. Laundromat is located downstairs next to the office in the pool area buts there’s only 4 washers/ 4 driers so be prepared to possibly have to wait. Other than the laundromat and the elevator I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on vacation with my family.

I didn’t spend a lot of time in the space, but it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The bed was cozy, and check-in/out was super simple with clear directions from the host. It’s an easy walk to a nice public beach with bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Way better (and cheaper) than staying in a hotel—thank you! I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Island House. Easy access to the beach from the Seawall (if you are wanting to bring a wagon, tent, etc it is probably easiest to drive because of the steep steps down the seawall). The house was very clean with everything you could need. The pool is right outside your front door but was never too loud. It is a good size with plenty of seating. The office had free games to borrow for our rainy morning. The only thing we were missing were chairs for the patio and perhaps more options for hanging up wet suits and towels. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a little Beach getaway!

This condo was the perfect beach getaway! It was bright, clean, and had such a cheerful coastal vibe that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to pool towels—and its location made it so easy to enjoy the ocean just a short drive away. The owner was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, making our stay even more special. I rarely take time to slow down, but this space truly allowed me to rest and put myself first. Grateful for the peace and comfort it gave me!

We just loved the place. Very comfy and spacious for my little fam. Loved that it was so clean and loved the beach view the most. They had a problem with the AC and they communicated that to us before we arrived but we decided to still stay and it never got too hot in there. It was perfect. Will definitely be booking again. Thank yall so much for everything!

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

I've stayed here 3 times already and it feels like our home away from home. We love this place, perfect for families. Well stocked. responsive host. We had an issue with the stove and he sent his nephew who was incredibly sweet and great at fixing the issue. We love this spot and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful cozy little place with great views and lots around to do. Anastasiya was never hard to reach and answered any questions quickly. Great spot to fish or just hang out enjoying the water. Good restaurants close around and an island market grocery store for all your needs. An added plus very friendly neighbors next door! We enjoyed their company and conversations very much! We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Gayle’s Airbnb! The location was perfect — just 5–7 minutes from the beach and close to some great restaurants. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the canal right behind the home had plenty of catfish and sea life — my family loved fishing there! 🎣💙 The overall space was very clean and well-kept, and the recommendations Gayle provided were super helpful — we got to try some great local spots thanks to her! She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything go smoothly. The space was definitely worth the money. It was quiet and cozy, and overall a great spot to unwind. A couple of things to note: the winding staircase is a bit narrow and can be tricky going up and down, and some of the furniture had stains. The washer also had a bit of a moldy smell. But honestly, those were small things in an otherwise great experience. Definitely worth the money, and we’d be happy to come back again! Thank you Gayle!

We loved our stay here and decided it will be the place we’ll check first when looking to visit North Padre Island. Everything was as described, and Colleen was great with communication as needed. The condo itself was very cute and comfortable, and the nice welcome gift was a sweet surprise! The location is ideal as it’s very convenient when going back and forth to the beach, and we loved the big windows and view of the beach while inside. Sitting outside in the lounge chairs was also very enjoyable, especially in the morning with coffee. Even though it’s part of a small set of beachside condos, it still felt private. We traveled with our dog, and I really appreciated the fact that there was not a separate pet fee AND Colleen has done such a great job with making sure pet owners have small bags for pet waste pick-up, a faucet/hose outside to clean pets (and feet), and towels for your dog too. We felt so at ease here and will definitely stay again!

Captains place suited us well for our visit to the Island. It was clean and comfortable, very close to the things we desired to do during our stay. Super comfy bed, nice shower and we love it being pet friendly. It was quiet as well. We heard no road noise or loud music, we slept quite well. We did not have opportunity to visit the pool. Great info on restaurants inside the unit. Communication was prompt, friendly and courteous.

This is a great place and is walkable to the Gulf. We’ll stay here again!

We loved our stay at Jason’s place. The beach was right out the back door and the pool was right out the front. Perfect vacation spot for our family. We would happily stay here again in the future!

This is the second time I have stayed at Lories place. I love the location, it's walking distance to the beach, several restaurants close by and Lorie is a great host. Will go back again.

Had an amazing stay at Ryan’s place ! Super clean, close to the beach, and perfect size for us and our kiddos. The amenities at the Yacht club are awesome as well with awesome water slides and relaxing sunsets on the dock. We’ll definitely be back !

This was the perfect place for our weekend beach getaway! The condo is within walking distance from the beach and has lots of amenities attached. The pool, outdoor rinse stations, and gym on site were such awesome additions to our trip. It was clean, convenient, and just what we expected. Courtney was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process! You’re definitely getting your moneys worth when choosing this spot!!!

Very easy to find location and safe parking. Place was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean feel inside, with the amenities included as listed. Close proximity to the beach, and beach accommodations (toys, cooler, etc) provided - super cool touch. (If you’re not prepared with a canopy and chairs for the beach, you can rent them there on the beach. We rented a canopy and four layout loungers for $100 for the whole day - 10:30am -6pm). The pool and hot tub area were in excellent condition. The bed was super soft and comfy, so if you’re used to firm this is not it. This was a very comfortable stay for our little family. We take annual mini summer trips to Corpus Christi, and look forward to staying here again 😎👍🏼

Julie's place was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with little extras like coffee and snacks that made us feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, gave us a great local fishing recommendation, and was very flexible with our checkout time. Highly recommend staying here- everything was perfect!

Our family really loved this place. We really didn’t need to bring anything. Steven’s place had all we needed to make this a wonderful experience. It was peaceful and quiet for our family vacation. The pool was perfect. Getting to the beach was quick and easy. Definitely a place we will return for our next trip to Corpus Christi.
