This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

This beautiful home in Sorrento was perfect for our girls spa weekend a stunning living area and kitchen to hang out in and sit by the fire! Perfect location, walking distance to the shops and walks of Sorrento. Definitely recommend this stay for a large group!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the ambiance was just as lovely as the photos (if not better!). We highly recommend this host and would love to stay here again in the future. What a wonderful place in a beautiful location .. so close to CBD and Eastern Beach. Private, comfortable and very homely our little family enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Sharon for the little Easter eggs! Highly recommend !

Alberto was responsive and I like the fact that he made extra effort of a personalised welcome note. Feels very homey and near from Geelong waterfront and amenities. Great value for the cost and we were able to secure the booking last minute. Alberto was also understanding with late checkout. Recommended for families and group of friends!

Very clean, comfortable home. The heating was brilliant, kitchen was well resourced. We stayed with children and found it very comfortable.

What a great way to see Geelong - from the industrial part, walking along the cliffs on the Bay. It is a working Port, with the Tug station nearby and its really interesting to watch as well. A convenient side of Geelong for the airports (we have people coming in from around Australia). Plenty of bedrooms, clean and lovely house.

we loved everything about Karen's house! Infact it felt more like a B&B with so many amazong little touches and extras! right down to the heater being on for us when we arrived to a cheese platter in the fridge!! wow! we can't rate it higher! comfy beads , super clean and everything we could need and more! such a great location too! we will definitely return! thank you so much Karen! 🥂

We have never stayed in such a well equiped place. Polly thought of everything. She was a friendly host ,we were living in her home and she did not have lots of rules. She trusted us to respect her home so we felt totally at ease. We will certainly return

Craig's place was a lovely stay for us. We chose it due to the cost proximity to my family living in the local area and we weren't disappointed. The place is as seen in the pictures. Craig and Lauren were such responsice hosts though there wasn't anything we needed to communicate about. The home was well thought out. Very spacious and full of natural light. Highly recommended!

Lovely house in great location

Vanessa was friendly and helpful before during and after our stay. A gorgeous little cottage on a lovely peaceful property so close to everything but feels far enough away to just wind down. Had fun visiting the farm animals and relaxing outside by the gum trees.

Thanks Aurynes for promptly communicating with us when we enquired, and for easy to follow instructions on how to get into the property. Your accommodation was spotlessly clean and had amenities beyond what was expected, including snacks and fresh produce provided so that if we wanted to self-cater for a couple of days, it would have been very easy. Your home was spotlessly clean, and we couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of location, quietness of neighbourhood, and a great German Bierhaus a one minute walk down the road. Would recommend this property for anyone wanting somewhere reasonably central to all the amenities Geelong has to offer - about a 20 minute walk down to Packington St where all the amazing cafes and restaurants are, or 15 minute walk down to the waterfront - again : amazing cafes and restaurants. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Caitlin was an amazing host! So accomodating and responsive with check in time, setting up the portacot prior to our arrival with Bub and access to a high chair. Beautiful home, clean and in a lovely quiet location. Highly recommend! We definitely hope to be back!!

Danielle was very easy to deal with. She offered us both an earlier check in and later check out time. House was a good size for our two families with an open plan living and dining area and decent sized bedrooms. Pets were very welcomed which was much appreciated. Nice location. We were able to comfortably walk to GHMBA stadium. Thanks for having us!

My family and I regularly visit the beautiful surf coast. Our usual Airbnb was already booked out so we tried Jo’s place this time and very much enjoyed our stay. Large, clean, comfortable home that is well positioned to get into Geelong (via car or train) and only a 20 minute drive down to the coast. Jo was very prompt with her communication and addressing a couple of little things during our stay. She also kindly allowed us a later checkout which was very much appreciated.

So comfy with all we needed. Happy we stayed here.

I really enjoyed my stay. Elena was super nice and always there to help when needed. The accomodation was amazing and pretty much flawless. Definitely recommendable.
