On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

20 m2 studio located a 10 minute walk from the train station and the center with full amenities. You will have a super U 5 minutes by car. The studio is very well arranged you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140x200 bed, an AndroidTV , a wardrobe furniture and a dining table and a shower room Non-smoking accommodation.

LA PEILLE GITE

Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. (Existence of a step between the bedroom and the living room) At your disposal equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent bedroom, terrace and garden. You will have a free parking space. Linens and towels are provided free of charge

Small 35 m² apartment in a stone farmhouse

L'appartement totalement indépendant est constitué : d' 1 chambre avec un lit en 140 et d'1 pièce attenante avec une partie dressing et kitchenette, salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, wc indépendants. Cuisine d'été plaque 2 feux et évier à disposition des locataires Accès à une terrasse privative, au jardin et à la piscine. Le tarif est pour 1 personnes, il sera demandé 20€ par personne supplémentaire

Studio of 30 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a convenience store, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed. The Mademoiselle Causeuse Room – Independent Access

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover. Ideally located halfway between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire. There are many restaurants nearby (ZA de la Colleraye in Savenay) in particular. We look forward to welcoming you. Fanny and Jordan.

In the heart of the Audubon Marshes between St Étienne de Montluc and Coueron, we are located 17 km from Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade, 50 km from La Baule

Wooden house on stilts, built in 2018. Stunning views of nature, 20 m² elevated terrace, access via a footbridge, deckchairs in the shade of weeping willows… Access to our large garden (8000 m²) with games for children (trampoline, slide, swing...), chickens and Ouessant sheep.
