Waterfront holiday rentals in Coral Bay

We really enjoyed our stay in Paphos. The accommodation was very well located for excursions in all directions. Everything worked out very well and there were no problems in everyday holiday life. We are very grateful for the wonderful time and the eventful days in Paphos. We have already entered our return or our next visit in the agenda. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Anna - thank you! The apartment is great, parking close by, sea views from the apartment, balcony is amazing for morning coffees and doing some work. Easy access to the coastal path which is great for runs. Anna also, had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam which was great! Also, had washing powder for the washing machine, though weren’t there long enough to use. Can’t fault the apartment at all.

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

We had a great stay at this apartment! The place is comfortable, nicely furnished, with a lovely garden and access to a shared pool in the community. We stayed there with our family during the weekdays, so it was quiet and peaceful — perfect for both rest and remote work. The host was exceptionally proactive and helpful, always available and responsive. Highly recommended!

I am very grateful to Nadezhda for our wonderful vacation! The apartment fully corresponded to the photos, and Nadia herself turned out to be a very hospitable hostess! The apartment is clean, beautiful and very spacious! The children and I not only comfortably accommodated in different bedrooms, but also had a great opportunity to study and work in a separate office. The Internet in the apartment is flying! (there were no problems with working video calls on Zoom) A leisurely 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Also, there is a small 24-hour shop and a large Lidl on the way. Restaurants and taverns are within walking distance. During the daytime heat, the apartment is comfortable thanks to air conditioners and fans. There is also a great opportunity to plunge into the pool, which is available only to residents of this condominium. The apartment also has a spacious terrace, where it is pleasant to meet the morning with a cup of coffee or relax in the afternoon. The apartment has all the necessary utensils for cooking. We are very happy!

Nice place perfectly positioned for the centre of Paphos. Good local restaurants and view from the balcony is great. Easy to find and straightforward instructions

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

Jonathan's place is well suited for a quiet relaxing holiday only a 5 minute walk to a main bus route from paphos to coral Bay. The pool was very quiet and most days we were the only people there. The host replied to all messages very promptly Well worth a visit

We spent a few days in this house and it was really cool. Peace, quiet, beautiful views, and a private pool – the perfect place to relax and catch your breath. Well-equipped, clean, and atmospheric. Highly recommend – we'll be back!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

We stayed here for 2 weeks whilst in Paphos for a friends wedding. The bungalow was lovely and clean, and in a great area. It’s close to the beach and not too far of a walk from the Coral Bay strip. Our hosts were very helpful during our stay, they even sent someone out the same day when we were having trouble with the safe. We would definitely recommend the bungalow to others and would stay here again! Our 3 recommendations for those visiting Paphos would be Trattoria La Vigna, a really nice Italian restaurant. Agora Tavern in the Old Town for a mezze. And hiring a boat to visit the Blue Lagoon!

Wow- words can’t describe how much we enjoyed the stay at Nikos’ place. The room was great, but most importantly, Nikos was an amazing host. Took great care of us and provided the best customer service! It really enhanced our stay. The room is walkable to everything in Paphos and it is a great place to stay if you want to explore. Thank you for such a great time!

We had a lovely relaxing time. Lovely short stroll to fantastic restaurants on the waterfront. Beautiful harbour and lovely beach. Apartment was great, everything you need and more for a lovely relaxing stay.

The location is perfect — restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, and boat rentals are all just around the corner. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and cold water waiting for us in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. We had small luggage, so the stairs were no problem, but be aware that there’s no elevator. It might be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Very friendly owner, got quick responses from owner when asked question. Pool is great addition outside when wanting a lazy day in. Inaccurate pool measures on shallow end it says 0.8 meters, my son is 1 meter high and water was covering him. Nothing that is anyone’s fault just wrong mesures. Quick access to coral beach, Aphrodite waterpark, zoo and Adonis waterfalls- although steep way through mountains to get to. :) Overall experience very happy! Thank you for having us :)

Stayed at Felix's condo for 3 weeks with my wife and 2 small kids. The location was great and near all the amenities (beach, marina, restaurants and stores). The condo was well stocked, cold AC and comfortable beds. The complex has 3 different pools to choose from which was great for the kids. The only negative was that the terrace was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

A wonderful week in this apartment of Sylvia. The accommodation matched the photos and was very clean, fresh and smelled nice by the connected air fresheners. Upon arrival, a bottle of mineral water and a chocolate was ready. I was quite ready for this after a long day of travel. Glad this has been thought of. Sylvia comes across as a warm and kind person and was proactive. During my stay, she asked how it was and if I had any questions. She then helped me with information about the bus lines.
