Although we, unfortunately, couldn’t make it to the villa due to an unexpected situation, she went above and beyond to support us — with compassion, flexibility, and constant availability for any question we had. Her understanding and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant the world to us, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests. We can’t wait for the opportunity to finally stay at her beautiful villa, and we’re so grateful for everything. Highly recommended — both the host and the place!

I had a very nice short-term retreat at the property. The area is quiet and tranquile with nice garden and a pool area with great views of the Coral Bay area. The property is very clean and looked after. The owner was helpful and arranged an easy check-in despite same day booking, and the same goes for the check-out too. Overall a fantastic holiday property that I will gladly come back to in the future.

Myself and young family stayed for 11 great nights at Ben's home. We had a fantastic holiday. The house is lovely and the pool area fantastic. The cats we very chilled and no bother. We realised quickly that the AirCon wasn't as expensive as we first thought so definitely make use of it when you stay. The location is brilliant and only a few minutes walk into the main coral bay strip and 10 minutes from the beach. We loved every minute. Thanks so much!

Great villa, the views/surroundings was unbelievable, definitely need a car however don’t let that put you off as taxis are so expensive in these areas it’s actually beneficial to have a car anyway, villa had everything we needed as a family and couldn’t ask for anything more, very friendly and helpful/responsive hosts which is always a massive plus. Would recommend to everyone.

Our second stay and as with the first it was great. Demetris was waiting for us even though we arrived around 1am and happily showed us around - he left food and drinks so we didn’t have to rush out to the shops in the morning. It’s a lovely area and very central. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant stay in a great villa in a super location. Communication was first class with any questions answered almost immediately. Can highly recommend Danielle and the villa.

The house is realy nice, 3 bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. Very nice outside area with the pool and lounge area. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. Location very good, 5 minutes to the restaurants, 10 minutes to the supermarket and small 15 minutes to the beach. You don't really need a car as the buses are very good to Pahos and the airport. Stani is a very nice host with quick response to all questions. Would stay again.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

An incredible place that completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shady spots under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive thing is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every look you discover something new. The kitchen and living room area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I'd come back anytime.

This villa was more than advertised. The house was well appointed and the pool and local beaches were perfect. Luxury and comfort come together to make this an elegant, yet relaxing, vacation. Georgia was a great host who made our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay! The Villa was exactly as described – very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the sea and close to the amazing restaurant Porto Antico, yet still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel very welcome from the start. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

great spacious house in a great location. good sized personal use pool that is not over looked. House was clean, beds comfy, 3 showers/bathrooms to help with bigger groups. Peaceful but close enough to restrraunts and bars if you want them. Nice views from the roof terrace, great stay and will be back!

Lovely stay at Keith’s villa. Well presented villa in a great location close to all local amenities yet still being in a quiet peaceful cul de sac. 5 mins drive from coral bay beach. Great pool area overlooking the trees with nothing to spoil the sea view. Keith was great, with quick communication and easy check in. Will definitely consider staying again.

An amazing week in Ute’s place. Spacious villa, clean and well equipped. The pool was amazing too. A good location, approx 20 minute walk to ‘the strip’ where there are some great restaurants and bars. Cant wait to visit again!

We had a great stay at Coral Beach. The space was perfect for two young families with two babies. Due to availability our stay was split between two villas and they were both great. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions and dealing with issues and sent someone to fix the AC within hours of me communicating the issue. The furniture is very slightly dated and the first villa was a bit short on utensils/ cooking equipment but these were very minor issues.

I am so pleased we found this beautiful Villa - it was perfect for our family of 4. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with toilet rolls, linen, kitchen utensils etc. The basement was full of inflatables for the pool, there is an area for kids full of books and games plus the pool area had many sunbeds and a covered outside eating area in the shade. The location in brilliant - a 1 minute walk to the shop, a wonderful bakery with the most beautiful and delicious array of cakes, treats and savoury foods and a 5 minute drive to Phillipos the big supermarket. Really close to the gorgeous Coral Bay Beach too (about a 7 minute drive). We love eating traditional Mezes so was brilliant thay there were 3 taverns to choose from which were about a 10 minute walk away and also other bars and restaurants even closer. Maria was a brilliant host and very responsive- nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to families. Loved it ❤️

We had the best time at this villa and both hosts were amazing at responding and helping us before we arrived. Friendly hosts and spotless and stunning villa, we will absolutely be back! Hardly any bugs, not a single ant and flawless views even from the shower! Smart TV in the lounge and bedroom, good water pressure, it is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in! We booked this villa for our wedding week. We also booked the one next door for our friends travelling for our wedding. The villa was clean but was lacked some basics. However, it was never stated in the description that these would be provided. Christos was very responsive and I’m sure had we contacted him for some essentials, he would have provided them no problem, we just decided to purchase these. As previous reviews have stated the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Again, this was expected from past reviews and I could tell this myself from the look of photos. When I asked for an extra duvet to layer up this was provided quickly and hassle free! Fitted with an alarm and CCTV which provided great peace of mind as I was concerned with some past reviews of break ins. The villa is very close walking distance to the beach, Coral Bay strip, bus stop. Christos was also extremely helpful when asking for a later check out. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!
