Waterfront holiday rentals in Paphos

The flat is perfect for a nice holiday. The kitchen is well equipped. You can feel comfortable on the large terrace overlooking the sea. In the area are many bars and restaurants that can be easily reached on foot. However, the apartment itself is very quiet and you can relax wonderfully. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Anna - thank you! The apartment is great, parking close by, sea views from the apartment, balcony is amazing for morning coffees and doing some work. Easy access to the coastal path which is great for runs. Anna also, had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam which was great! Also, had washing powder for the washing machine, though weren’t there long enough to use. Can’t fault the apartment at all.

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

Absolutely fantastic apartment with beautiful garden outside. It’s like an oasis in the desert. We enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend this place!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. We were a family of 4 adults and a baby and space was plentiful. The apartment was perfect, with a lovely balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails. It was clean and tidy and very well equipped with everything you could want in a holiday stay. The beds were extremely comfortable perfect for a good nights sleep after exploring all day. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and the pool area clean with lots of sunbeds for lazy pool days. local shops/supermarket and the beach only a 15 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a home from home experience with great facilities in a quiet, friendly location. The host communicated well and was helpful and professional, even leaving us a little food package as we arrived late in the evening which was a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely be returning again.

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

Julia and Jody are exceptional hosts. They work very hard to ensure their guests have a relaxing trouble free holiday in beautiful Cyprus. Communication with Julia in advance of the visit was fast and very informative. Jody provided a late check in for us and we were very impressed with the detail and precision of the apartment’s presentation. Everything is there and in full working order. During the stay a perceived problem with the washing machine by two ageing and sometimes confused guests was sorted by Jody with tact and good humour. The location was superb with easy access to beaches, bus routes, restaurants and bars etc. Our request for a late checkout was no problem and a welcome bonus for us on our last day prior to our journey home. Jonathan's place is well suited for a quiet relaxing holiday only a 5 minute walk to a main bus route from paphos to coral Bay. The pool was very quiet and most days we were the only people there. The host replied to all messages very promptly Well worth a visit

Carrie's apartments are truly exclusive - a unique place right by the sea, lots of different spaces to lounge. While quite a few other houses in the neighborhood, we felt very private. Neighbors are quiet, lots of greenery around. Although Pomos is a really small town, it's even a few not bad restaurants, there is a supermarket. The host is very nice, allowed us to do the check-in even a few hours early, constantly taking care of us and answered our questions promptly. The only small minus is the sea shore - how steep and very stony, so bathing is a bit of a discomfort. But everything else was super, I recommend it..:)

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, spacious and in a nice location – ideal for relaxing. There was really everything you need. Communication with the host was outstanding: fast, friendly, and straightforward. I would come back anytime and can recommend the place!

We had a great time at Frank's place who gave us a great welcome as well as his wife. The space was very clean and fully equipped. It is very well located not far from the beach and restaurants and there is a beautiful pool available. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a good time. I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. Brilliant stay at Felix’s apartment. Nice and easy to find and fairly local to all shops and restaurants needed. Clean and spacious with everything you need for a good break. Great communication and very responsive to all questions and queries. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful week in this apartment of Sylvia. The accommodation matched the photos and was very clean, fresh and smelled nice by the connected air fresheners. Upon arrival, a bottle of mineral water and a chocolate was ready. I was quite ready for this after a long day of travel. Glad this has been thought of. Sylvia comes across as a warm and kind person and was proactive. During my stay, she asked how it was and if I had any questions. She then helped me with information about the bus lines. Apartment was simply great. Big place, nice balcony, quiet building, parking spot everything one needs. Fully equipped kitchen for quick breakfasts or for who has time, big dinners can be cooked. Close to beaches, restaurants, mall shops etc. + reasonable driving distance to region's attractions. I totally recommend this place for long holidays!
