Beach house holiday rentals in Copenhagen

We loved our stay at Lennart's house in Copenhagen. Great area with easy access to the water-taxi (2m walk) and the new M4 Line Metro station (10m walk) so access to the city was perfect. Lovely area to stay. Lots of folks swimming, boating and paddle-boarding so you get a feel for Danish water-life! Supermarkets and cafes nearby. The house was amazing, very clean and well equipped. 4 storeys high with steep internal concrete steps inside (check the photos). Don't come here if you have mobility issues or any old knee injuries. If you like fitness - you'll love it ! Lennart was very helpful and communicative leading up to the booking and responded very quickly to my questions. The house was easy to find, easy to get into and we had no trouble finding everything we needed. If you do make use of the kayak and SUPs - the life-jackets can be found under the barbecue cover. Be safe. We had excellent weather whilst there. Made great use of the CPH Discovery cards too. Lots to see in the city!

It's a great week. Accommodation is super nice and fully child-friendly. We wouldn't have needed to bring toys ourselves. You only need to walk across the street to the sea and nothing stands in the way of a round of swimming at all times. Sandy beach can also be reached quickly by bike, which was also a hit with the children. By train, you can reach Copenhagen in 30 minutes. Wasn't a problem at all for us either. Above all, the area is super quiet. On foot you are also right in Bakken. Many prefer the amusement park even the Tivoli in Copenhagen. The adjacent forest is also worth a walk. Overall it was a super vacation. Thanks for the great place to stay!

I don’t want to give the place a top review as others may find this lovely getaway! If you like character and a great location (beach with a quick train to central Copenhagen) then look no further. Everyone had a thoroughly great time.

Had an incredible holiday with my family in this very cosy and authentic boat house on the canals. My family is Danish, but this was a great way to rediscover something familiar from a different angle. The place is bigger it looks and being right by the water is very relaxing. We enjoyed paddling around the canals on sup boards, swimming and sailing on the canal bus into the centre. It’s a great combination of a natural environment while being close to the city. It was also a pleasure to speak to Trine and her son Max.

Everything was clean and cozy!

Stylish and well equipped residence on the ground floor of a house. Covered of street parking area. Large garden. Close to a clean water beach with good bathing facilities. Cycle lane up the coast takes you to a large forest park with many walking and cycling paths. 2km walk to Hellerup station with quick trains into Copenhagen. Also a bus from outside the house if you prefer waiting to walking.

Jesper and Stine are perfect hosts, friendly, generous and kind. Their home is amazing with perfect beach views in the comfort of Danish “hygge.” It’s easy to get to Copenhagen by train and nice to come back to the smell and sounds of the beach. If you’re looking to have a real Danish experience in a beautiful home with easy access to Copenhagen, then this is worth every penny. I can’t say enough good about our stay there.

A home out of the ordinary. Environment, equipment, cleanliness, good communication, etc. It is with great gratitude and joy that we are back with Martin, Anna-Lena & Sven-Åke. We will definitely return to their little gem of accommodation in the middle of a paradise.

We spent a wonderful week at Bryans place with our three kids, who just learned or were abour to learn how to swim. Because the large pool was heated we couldnt get them out of the water, it was amazing. Since the garden had big hedges all around and a sunny terrasse it was just the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The house itfelf is gorgeous, since it is actually someones home it is lovely decorated and especially the kitchen misses nothing, which really sets it apart from "tourist only" places. Bryan was always extremely friendly, answered every question and made everything very easy and smooth. Veddelev itself is very nice and quiet, you can walk to a little beach with a pier, the water there is clean and shallow at first, which is again, very kids-friendly. All in all we had a great holiday and hope to visit again soon.

Excellent location . 20 minutes from airport by local bus. Easy to get and copenhagen and malmo. Beautiful seaside town. Kids loved the pool Would highly recvomend it.

Great place to stay in a great location. We stayed there on a sunny day and could swim in both the sea and pool, and enjoy nice social areas. Jonas was very helpful. I can highly recommend this!

We felt truly at home at Niklas' house. It has everything you could hope for - comfy beds, spacious lounge and the kitchen is fully equipped including a kettle, which for tea drinkers is most useful! Good location in Falsterbo, easy parking, welcoming neighbours and in a very peaceful area. An ICA supermarket is nearby and also a wonderful Pizza restaurant, which also offers a takeaway option. Niklas is a good communicator, even checking-in with us half-way through our holiday to make sure everything was ok! Would definitely return. Thank You Niklas!

Fantastic nice and lots of space to hang out on for our family of four generations. Close to Copenhagen City Center by car or public transportation. Can highly recommend a visit here with Lene and Nick as a host couple.

Perfectly situated, close to the beach and harbour restaurants. Only 30 mins to central Copenhagen with train.

The house is very cute, it is located in a quite neighborhood where you can easily get to any place with the bikes provided by the host. We found the place very cleaned, comfortable and cozy. The host is super nice, he answers all the time and gives you tips. I am very happy about our staying and would recommend to rent this house if you happen to travel to Fastebo and sourrandings.

Wonderful house in the gorgeous little fishing village of Taarbæk close to Copenhagen and all the beaches and attractions of the northern coast. Check in and communication was seamless. The house had every amenity we needed. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Copenhagen and the northern surroundings.

We had a fantastic time. Fantastic and beautiful location, ideal for a good mix of relaxing, sightseeing and keeping our teenagers entertained. The beach, the park and the easiness to take the train into Kopenhagen is unbeatable. Charlotte was a great host, always responsive and very welcoming and her house is very cosy.

The accommodation of Pernille and her family is really great - not a soulless Airbnb as there are now so many, but a place to feel good, equipped with everything you need. Especially if you are traveling with small children, it is great to find so many practical things on site (toys, baby chair, baby bed, changing table, swings in the garden, etc.). In particular, the location of the property is outstanding: very quiet, almost rural area, totally relaxing and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Nevertheless, thanks to the nearby metro station, you are in the center of Copenhagen in minutes. Only if you value really blackout bedrooms, you need to get a little creative. But that can also be solved and who knows - maybe in the future there will also be opaque curtains in the apartment. All in all, we can recommend the accommodation unconditionally and look forward to coming back in the future.

We have stayed in this house for two summers in a row! We are a family of four, our children are ages five and seven. The kids feel very comfortable in this beautiful house. We have immensely enjoyed the use of the outdoor area, with its incredible and beautiful gardens and patio furniture everywhere. There’s also a trampoline and, berries and apple trees making it ideal for our kids. Inside the house is decorated in a traditional and  beautiful danish style. Our hosts have been incredibly generous to let the kids use their trampoline,  Legos and coloring books to keep them occupied and  happy. The house is flooded with sunlight, and cozy and comfortable in every way. We have cooked meals here, eaten outside or inside, had popcorn movie nights on the couch, and so much fun here. This house is ideally situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the town. It is also a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our hosts have been very accommodating a

Went with 5 of my friends for a conference in Copenhagen and the place was great. Easy to find and comfortable beds. Best thing about it though was the location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Jakob’s lovely clean home. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable and linens clean and good quality.

Great stay at Karen and Peter’s house. Communication was great and every need taken care of. Very comfortable, quiet and great location within easy walk of metro. Only 10 minutes on train to get into centre of Copenhagen. Would firmly recommend
