New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

The house is within a 5 minuts walk from shopping in the village of Solrød and the train station. Copenhagen is only a 25 min drive by train or car. The house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room with open kitchen/dining room and 2 big terrasses and a lawn with trampolin etc.

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance. Only 300 m. from the most beautiful white sand beach, our old summerhouse is located. Lots of light, and a completely undisturbed garden in a very quiet area. The house is well suited for families with 4 dedicated bedrooms. Kitchen, dining and lounge/TV area in open room. Two bathrooms. 2 floors. Sauna.
