Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Copeland District

We booked 2 nights for a birthday celebration and could not have been happier. The property is absolutely outstanding and there was more than enough room for everyone. The hot tub was a great touch and big enough for us all. We had a lovely time and made it to the beach before high tide. It’s only a 15 min walk to the coast and the village had some nice pubs to get stuck into. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, the screen room made for an excellent Eurovision watching after a day on the coast. We were very well welcomed and felt like no ask was too big or small. Thoroughly enjoyed our days.

The location is fantastic and there is another route if you dont fancy the very steep hill up to the property. There was enough space for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and hot tub as the weather was intermittent!! There was a small issue with the heating which the hosts responded to immediately. A great central base for exploring.

A great place to stay for a small group/family gathering. There are 2 living rooms and outdoor space so room to spread out. We loved the hot tub! The hobbit house is a cool addition with fairy lights, a Bluetooth speaker and is very well-insulated so warm even without the central fire going. The house has beautiful views and was a lovely place to relax and be cosy on rainy days. Only a short (15 mins) drive to the small towns of Kirkcudbright and Castle Douglas, Threave Gardens and the Kite feeding place at Laurieston.

Really good location for a family holiday. We had 6 adults and although 2 were in the ‘children’s’ bedroom they were comfortable and there was lots of space for us all. Outside spaces (places to sit or eat) in particular were lovely and the hot tub of course was fabulous. Really great easy location for Ambleside itself and getting quickly walking!

A Perfect Getaway! I stayed at this charming cottage and couldn’t be more pleased. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy beds. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat — I’ll definitely be coming.

We loved our stay at Easter How, it was perfect for our family get together. The gardens are gorgeous and our daughter's dog enjoyed exploring all the different paths. My dad enjoyed feeding the birds so thank you for providing the food for that too! It really was a home from home, so comfortable with great facilities and in such a tranquil setting. We enjoyed walking to High Dam Tarn a couple of times too, the second time we took the easier route through the field as my parents found the steep climb tough going the first time. Justin (co-host) kept us updated and we had the added bonus of meeting him when he dropped off some coffee beans! Beautiful property, excellent location. Would love to have stayed longer. Would have preferred the garden to be more private and secure, but this didnt spoil our stay and we had a lovely time . Kitchen was well equipped and the property was bigger than it appeared on the photos!

Andrew and Virginie have created a perfect retreat with stunning views of Windermere and the rolling hills. great amenities and ideally located for a short walk into bowness. Virginie was super helpful with tips and advice. we would love to return again.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning location, spotless property, and an unforgettable weekend. We stayed at Turner House for my stag weekend and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house was immaculate on arrival—clean, spacious, and really well looked after. Every guest made good use of the amazing amenities: the games room was a hit, the hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor areas gave us space to chill out or explore. The views over the River Lune were stunning from almost every room, and the peaceful setting made the whole weekend feel like a proper escape. Plenty of parking, great layout, and loads of thoughtful touches. Would 100% return—brilliant for groups who want comfort, a bit of luxury, and somewhere memorable.

This is a wonderful house for a large family gathering or group holiday. Stunning views over Morecambe Bay. Every need has been anticipated. Great selection of games and activities for all age groups. Jim is very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend it and hope to go back for a longer stay.

This lodge was beautiful with amazing views over Lake Windermere from both the deck and the living room. The weather was a mix, but honestly, it was stunning whether it was raining or sunny, though the sunshine definitely made it even more magical. The lodge itself was spotless and had everything we needed, making it feel super cozy and like a home away from home. White Cross Bay Holiday Park was a great spot, really peaceful and in a perfect location for exploring, whether on foot or by car. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Otters Tarn this weekend. We booked it for a surprise 30th and it was just perfect for what we needed. Kath was so thorough with everything we needed to know and more. Always responsive and accommodated me and the family to the best that she could. We stayed in Neddy Cut lodge and it was beautiful. Clean throughout and the surroundings were peaceful. It was such a nice gesture of Kath to put some cookies and bottle is Prosecco in the fridge for the celebrations too. Thank you so much, we will definitely return and recommend Otters Tarn.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It’s out the way, quiet, peaceful and perfect place to reset. The communication was fabulous, the owner was wonder was kind, friendly and accommodating. Love the fact it’s on a dairy farm! Would definitely go back!

Lovely accommodation, had literally everything you could need! Very clean, great location, spacious and relaxing. Able to use your own paddle boards on the lake. Best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in. Mark is such a helpful and informative host. Couldn’t fault our stay

A stunning interior and gorgeous views. Zero noise pollution. Nice and spacious for 2 guests; plenty of storage space which doesn’t take up any unnecessary room. I absolutely loved the vanity I’ll be taking notes for my own house! Host Nathalie was super friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t change a thing, for sure will return!

Thank you for such a lovely stay. The whole family are so welcoming & made us feel at ease from the outset. Angela could not have provided more from the thoughtful welcome pack right through to dressing gowns & slippers. The hot tub was amazing & loved by my daughter, she also wanted me to say how much she loved the bed (very comfortable). The lodge & bedroom with bathroom were fully equipped & spotless. It was a pleasure to meet the whole family including the dogs who were so friendly with an added bonus for my daughter who got to play with Angela’s granddaughter. There was nothing more we could have wanted during our stay from the accommodation through to the surroundings. Thank you again we will be back x
