Holiday rentals with a patio in Coos County

I enjoyed the stay and nice surroundings. Close to bike trails and hiking. Very comfy and quiet place. Would highly recommend .

Nice, fully functional apartment unit. It's large in space . Bed is comfy. Would stay again. A lot of light that shines thru the windows in the front and back, and that is welcoming and makes for a great homey feeling. There are good blinds on all windows to block out the light for sleep. There is a breakfast nook area near the kitchen with a couple of chairs that look out the windows for a cute view of the town. It's an old building, which means there are creaks and you can hear other units. Personally for me, it's not loud enough to be an issue at all. I just mention this because if you are the kind of person who needs 100% quietness, you might have issues. Bring ear plugs. Google Maps provides good directions right to the front of the house. What would have been much appreciated in the check in instructions were more details on finding the parking in the rear of the house, and the accompanying directions on how to find the back door of the unit.

Such a cute place! We were a little worried about the ceilings clearly described in the listing, but it was just fine and I’m 5 11. We have been to this town many times, and just love this area. Was such a plus to be able to bring the dog and I truly appreciated the house book mentioning that if you need a dog bowl, here is where to find one. That’s always what we forget! Slept so well, with a 3 minutes walk for coffee and brunch in the morning. Can’t beat that! We will be back!!

It was our third time in this place and it alone speaks out how much we like the place. It’s clean, modern, great location near everything you can possibly need. Dimitri is so kind , attentive . I will stay here again

The photos of this house do not do it justice - the house and property were amazing. Super private property with amazing views. House was much more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen was so well equipped with all the trinkets you could possibly imagine…we used the instapot, food processor, immersion blender, espresso machine, pizza oven, and loved trying out an induction cooktop! Everything in the house was super high end and felt supremely luxurious considering the price we paid.

Very close to an amazing beach that most coastal travelers will never see. We felt like kids, as we discovered place after place in the quiet Port Orford area. The Southern Oregon Coast, as a whole, is fantastic. We had a great experience! Thank you!

The Mulligan House was a great place to stay and we are going back in November. Joe and Ashley were quick to respond. It was a great pleasure to talk to Joe and he responded quickly to a small issue we had. Would recommend this place over and over. Thank Joe & Ashley.

The lack of an exhaust fan in the kitchen has caused the smoke alarm to go off, which is quite bothersome. Improving this situation would be ideal

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home. Lots of added amenities, making it nice to enjoy our stay. Within walking distance of many nice stores and restaurants and the beach is right around the corner. I would recommend this place to anyone passing by and wanting a safe place to rest their heads. Giles was a great host. He was very communicative and the one small issue we had upon check in was quickly resolved. This speaks to his level of service and desire to ensure we had a great stay. The house is great with perfect proximity to Bandon Dunes.

We really felt like we were right at home. The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. It was my favorite of all the homes we stayed in. Many of the homes we stayed in had the bare minimum of furniture and decor. With not enough seating for the number of beds. This one had full decor of couches and dining room with plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy each other’s company. It was amazing. The decor brought so much personality and the being at home feeling. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
