Appartement fidèle à la description et aux photos. Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait sur place. Hôtes accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Der Aufenthalt war echt top! Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir gebraucht haben, und die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft. Auch die Umgebung war super schön und total entspannend. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt – gerne wieder!

Le logement était top, très propre et conforme à la description. L’hôte a été vraiment réactive et disponible. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter !

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine Kombination aus Unternehmungen in der Gegend und Ruhe mit Privatsphäre. Das Appartement ist im Hinterland gelegen und nur durch eine kleine Serpentinenstraße erreichbar. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man in Nizza am Hafen. Die Beschreibung zur Unterkunft war super, wir haben es auf Anhieb gefunden und wurden von Laetitia herzlich begrüßt. Sie und Clément standen uns immer zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick vom Appartement ist fantastisch. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung ist sehr modern und zu viert perfekt. Der kleine Pool ist erfrischend und der Jacuzzi herrlich entspannend am Abend. Wir können die Unterkunft total empfehlen. Für uns war es genau das richtige und Laetitia und Clément sind herzliche Gastgeber, denen ihre Gäste wichtig sind. Gerne wieder!

Schönes ruhiges Appartement, alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ich habe mich in der Abgeschiedenheit sehr wohl gefühlt nach den trubeligen Tagen in den Städten der Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Logement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé pour un séjour dans un environnement paisible très accessible de tous les lieux touristiques de la région. L'accueil est sympathique, Les hôtes sont disponibles et discrets.

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

- Insgesamt: Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. - Platz: Wir waren zu zweit und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Für ein Paar und Kinder hat es genug Platz, jedoch für 2 Paare vermutlich zu knapp. Das „Haupt“-Bett im oberen Geschoss ist eher schmal. - Lage: Sehr ruhige Lage, abgelegen am Hang, jedoch Nachbarn die man am Tag teilweise hört im Garten. Am Abend hört man Frösche quaken. Ca. 20 Min mit dem Auto nach Nizza und 5 Min ins Dorf Tourette-Levens, wo ein Spar, eine Bäckerei und 3-4 Restaurants bestehen. Ca. 30 Min mit dem Auto nach Monaco. Parkplatz vorhanden. - Sauberkeit: Alles sehr sauber. Genügend Handtücher, WC-Papier Putzmittel, Shampoo, etc vorhanden. - Gastgeberin: Sehr freundlich und leidenschaftlich. Hat am 1. Morgen sogar proaktiv Croissants gekauft und vorbeigebracht. Judith sorgt für maximale Privatsphäre der Gäste. - Pool: Grosser Pool, gefüllt mit Salzwasser (wenig Salz), genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen. - Minuspunkte: Outdoor-Dusche beim Pool und das WLAN haben nic

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

Christine is a fabulous, friendly, helpful and very responsive host. Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Good AC. Village shops about 1/3rd mile. However steep walk. Beach is 15 min walk down several hundred steps. Lot longer on way back up. However local bus at end of street runs hourly most of time. 2€. Take down to beach and train station. Trains run on time. Uber is also great in this area.

Wir sind insgesamt zwei Wochen an der Côte d’Azur unterwegs und haben dieses Studio als erste Unterkunft gewählt. Im Nachhinein wären wir gern länger geblieben und waren tatsächlich ein wenig traurig unsere “Oase der Ruhe” verlassen zu müssen. Catherine ist sehr freundlich und warmherzig. Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns sogar einen Late Check-Out angeboten. Das Studio ist wirklich niedlich, hier steckt viel Liebe im Detail. Am Morgen wurden wir von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt und die Abende haben wir auf der Terrasse mit einem guten Glas Wein genossen. Für uns Stadtmenschen perfekt zum Relaxen! Die Katze haben wir direkt ins Herz geschlossen… und sie uns wohl auch, zumindest kam sie uns öfters besuchen. Wir empfehlen Catherines Studio sehr gern weiter. Es ist ideal gelegen zwischen Monaco & Nizza und bietet dennoch viel Ruhe. Merci Catherine, dass wir zu Gast sein durften. Wenn wir nochmal in der Region sind, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Herzlichen Dank für die sehr freundliche Kommunikation, für die Flexibilität und für die wirklich saubere Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Mit den zahlreichen Bushaltestellen waren wir gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

La vue est vraiment belle! La région est montagneuse et offre un beau paysage. La piscine était juste parfaite. Très bel endroit en retrait de la ville pour relaxer! Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Merci

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Véronique et Franck. L accueil etait tres sympa, les recommandations pour les restaurants étaient top,l appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable. La piscine et son coin terrasse sont parfait. Nous recommandons sans problemes

Nous étions venu il y a 4 ans avec mon épouse et pour cette évasion en compagnie de mon fils , le logement et l’accueil de Thomas étaient à nouveau parfait . L’appartement est luxueux et ne demande qu’à s’y relaxer avec sa vue imprenable . À deux pas de Monaco , il offre le plaisir de se reposer à merveille après avoir déambulé dans la fabuleuse cité monégasque ou encore sur le sentier côtier . Les adresses de Thomas sont toujours aussi top . N’hésitez donc pas une seconde .

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, propre et bien aménagé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin comme équipement. Nous nous y sentions chez nous du fait aussi de la décoration personnelle comme si c'était un lieu véritablement habité par ses occupants et non pas un logement commercial. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice, ses clochers et la mer le rend plus agréable encore.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!
