Lake Erie rental with incredible sunsets on a dead end safe and quiet area with a short walk to homeowners association private beach with pavillion and porta potty. The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies! Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and about 2000sf. located on the shore of Lake Erie. 10 mins from Walnut Beach in Ashtabula and Conneaut Township park, 30 mins from Geneva-on-the-Lake, and 40 mins from Presque Ise in Erie, PA. With 2 living rooms and a hot tub, our home is ideal for a family vacation. Pet-friendly; beds for 6, plus 3 futons (groups larger than 8 must be approved by the host).

This 1950s cozy cottage sits four houses back from steps down to the Lake and is a comfortable and peaceful place for a vacation. The beach connects to the Conneaut Township Park. You can easily enjoy listening to the waves, watching great sunsets, and watching boats and birds pass by. It has both a front and back porch to gather with family and friends plus a clean, cozy inside with and a fully-equipped kitchen. Open all year with off-season rates.

Beautiful Restored Century home right in downtown Conneaut. Groceries, Gym, Restaurant/Bar, Rock Church and many more within 0-2 blocks! 2 Bedroom with Comfortable Queens, a HUGE Bathroom, Large Kitchen and Basement Bar! Minutes from Lake Erie Beaches/ Marina and restaurants. Our house is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between guests. This is a standalone house with its own private entrance.

Cozy cottage on Lake Erie w/ private beach access!

We enjoyed our stay in Beach Glass Bungalow. House was very clean, kitchen spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the coffee, filters, Keurig/pods and basket of treats. We enjoyed back patio. Short walk to the private beach, short drive to larger Conneaut public beach with boardwalk and large sand area. Host easy to reach for minor issue with TV, quickly fixed. Host provided good suggestions for local activities/restaurants. Good restaurants in Conneaut, Ashtabula. Would definately stay here again.

With working out of state for 7 months and jumping from hotel to hotel it felt warming and at home walking in Andreas property I highly enjoyed making a coffee and sitting on the porch. This home is full with kitchen utilities, a thanksgiving dinner could be made with all they have to offer. The washer and dryer are in the basement which is really spooky but it’s safe I never experienced anything creepy. Overall I would stay back at Andrea’s property if back in Ashtabula

We had a really nice stay at Jane’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and in a quiet area. Jane was easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d recommend this place to others and we would definitely stay there again.
