Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

This apartment is great to spend a few days, we were 2 couples and we didn't miss anything. You can park the car inside, it is a few minutes walk from the main promenade of El Palmar, far enough away from the noise. Correct beds, comfortable and large sofa for 4, kitchen with everything you need, beach towels, umbrella, surfboards…Ana and her husband of 10, left us several things for reception and in the blackout, they left us the generator to be able to cook and so on. Highly recommended, we will be back!

A great apartment on the first (top) floor with only a couple of residential units. The apartment is very tasteful and fully furnished, as well as the kitchen with all necessary appliances. In the two bedrooms and in the living room there are quite new, very quiet air conditioners, which we could use for heating during our stay in January. The location is very quiet and in a few minutes you are at the beach and a bit further along at all the restaurants of Conil. Parking is available right in front of the house. We felt very comfortable.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic and ideal for visiting Cádiz, in the center and with a parking lot two minutes away. There are also several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is great, very clean and with everything you need. The mattress could be improved, and if there are mobility problems, an important thing to keep in mind is the narrow and steep spiral staircase that connects the two floors. Communication and reception with Miguel and Maricarmen was perfect and in general my partner and I had a great time. 100% recommended.

We were delighted with the stay! The location is perfect as it is right on the beach and close to good bars and restaurants. The apartment is in perfect condition and complete with everything you need to spend a vacation. The hosts are very friendly and thoughtful. We will not hesitate to repeat, Thank you!

The house was clean and tidy with quite a few amenities. The quiet area, we were looking to disconnect and be close to the beach to see the sea. The restaurants in the area were of good quality. It is also close to several villages if you want to get to know them. The spacious and clean beach. Alba responds quickly, is attentive and gives you recommendations from nearby sites. A little oasis in a paradise ! The place is amazing to unwind and connect with the area. Everything clean, tidy, very comfortable bed, close to the beach and the main leisure area, and a 10-star host!!! It will definitely be a mandatory stop place all the years.😍

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

It was a very quiet stay, where we enjoyed the pool and common areas as well as the apartment. Everything is very clean. The 6 apartment complex is located in a Conil development and although we took the car to go to the village because we were going with two children, you could also walk, it is about half an hour walk away

We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

perfect little place for 4. everything you need. it looks quite traditional in the photos but it is all beautifully appointed and new. quiet and in the country but super easy access to the whole coast. highly recommended and Beatrix is lovely

Really nice apartment close to the beach. We were there in May and it was not very busy. We came with the car and there's lots to see and do in the area. The big beach is in walking distance (~10-15 minutes) to this Airbnb. Although the real gems, which are more secluded and natural beaches with little bays and less tourists, are a twenty minute drive further down to the west, close to a costal town called Roche. Cadiz is a 40 minute drive away to the east and worth a visit. There are beach bars, tapas restaurants and ice cream palors near the beach, too. The apartment has a nice balcony with a view into a complex compound garden with palm trees which is nice for coffee in the morning. The kitchen is small but has everything needed to cook and even a washing machine. We found the apartment clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly, flexible and communication was easy and quick. We would definitely come again. :)

Maria Jesus was extremely helpful during the booking process. We greatly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful and spacious villa. It was very clean and the kichen was well stocked with everything you would need. The yard is amazing with a lovely pool and seating area. It is steps away from a gorgeous beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a few wonderful days by the sea and thanks to the pre-season it was very pleasant. The communication and reception with Nono was first class and the amenities of the accommodation offer more than you need! It should be noted that the house is very noisy if you want to sleep in, you should bring a few earplugs with you :)

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Well-equipped apartment with good room disposition and two solid bedrooms. However, the double bed is a bit too narrow for two adults, otherwise the apartment works very well even for 4 people (we were 2). The apartment is in a great location with proximity to most things you might need. Great support over the phone, if you have any questions.

A great base to explore Conil and the surrounding areas and relax by the beach. Good value with all the amenities for a family of four just a few steps from the sea / shops / restaurants, would recommend

The apartment is as indicated in the photos and in the description, quiet area, very close to the beach, terrace with sea views and the fully equipped apartment, it is one of the few apartments that has all the kitchen accessories to the full and that is appreciated, perhaps it lacks the oven, but it is not essential to spend a few days. Good agile and quick communication with the host , who was at the indicated time waiting for us , responds super quickly , which is to be appreciated.

The apartment is just as described. It is located in the center but away from bars and restaurants. Perfect, because you can walk and at the same time a lot of tranquility. Only one day we heard noises and voices of young people partying, it was Holy Week. But, the other days he sleeps very well with a lot of tranquility. It's close to the beach. I loved the town and Maribel is always available, answering right away and helping you with everything. The advantage of being downstairs. It is a family building, but each one respects the space of the other, both us as guests and them as hosts. We met her husband, who was also a charming person. I highly recommend it, both for the location and facilities and for Maribel's service.
