Water views and water access at a value price! Fully furnished home offers great views and access to Conesus Lake. Enjoy swimming, finishing, and kayaking. Close to SUNY Geneseo and Letchworth State Park. Upstairs great room offers gorgeous views of the lake and has a large upper level deck to relax and enjoy. This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on 27 Acres! The outdoor living space is abnormally large with two decks and a very large stamped patio. Enjoy the sunrise with coffee on your private deck off from the master bedroom. If you enjoy nature or stars, this is the place for you. There's an abundance of wildlife that can be seen all throughout the property. The house is located at the highest elevation in Livingston County which makes watches stars at night truly majestic.

Great place to view wildlife. Finished apartment above Christmas tree farm storage. Separate entrance with flight of stairs. Country setting with superb views, ponds, wooded areas, and excellent wildlife viewing. Your stay includes a fire pit for your use and covered gazebo with picnic table. Deck extending over pond is available for swimming and fishing. Licensed fishing preserve-no license required. Hiking trails available. Excellent birding. No cleaning charge.

The Haley Cabin was a little slice of paradise and the perfect setting for our mini family vacation. We truly felt like we escaped into a magical forest, the ambience and attention to detail was incredible. We loved hearing the waterfall right outside our door, the string lights hung from the trees, the provided cornhole boards and designated area, the comfortable beds, everything! This cabin was perfect in every way for our family of four and we did not want to return to real life!! We cannot wait to come back in the future!

The apartment was large clean and the location was ideal for the wedding we went to only 5 miles away. The kitchen was amazing with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, ,and even washer and dryer! The huge tv and living room was great in the evening to relax. We had breakfast and dinner in the Clubhouse and the food was terrific. We went down for afternoon cocktails and had fun just sitting and talking at the bar. We would love to plan a longer stay for even a week as it was such a great spot! Thank you to the bartender (only there a few months) and all the waitresses and chef and kitchen staff too.

Very comfortable stay at Cozy Cottage . Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the washer and dryer was in good condition ( soap was supplied). We have lived son Conesus Lake & knew the area. Cottage is on the south end in a quiet section of the lake .

This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed, and I travel a lot. It is very close close to town and just far enough away to be super quiet. The apartment is well designed and well appointed, and is also spacious and clean. I appreciated the hosts' guides to area attractions. I am so glad I lucked into staying here rather than at a local hotel!

Beautiful secluded getaway. Loved the view and private woods to explore. Enjoyed the peace and quiet, other the birds and sound of water. Conveniently location to the 3 State parks we wanted to see. Letchworth, Watkins Glen and Stoney Brook. Thank you for sharing this gem.
