Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

Jon’s place was amazing! It was quiet and clean. The waters in the fridge were very nice to have! We came up to visit friends in Knoxville and the Garage Mahal had everything we needed for the weekend. I also loved the colorful decorations, it made it super inviting. The location was also perfect for us, downtown Knoxville was only about 10 minutes away and there was a surplus of grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes of the neighborhood. Jon is also super friendly! My boyfriend had a great time talking to him about his dirt bikes in the garage below our “apartment” we stayed in.

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautifully and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything was clean, labeled, super cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. After spending hours on the road, the king size bed was a slice of heaven and I felt like I slept on a cloud. A special treat were the fresh eggs from their chickens. Such a lovely touch! Highly recommend this charming spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and very private, yet only just outside the neighborhood. Everything was very well maintained. The tiny home was thoughtfully laid out, well equipped, and very clean. Our host was responsive before and throughout the trip. The listing could be a little challenging for those with small kids, but otherwise I would say it would be great for just about anyone. We’d definitely stay there again the next time we’re in the area.
