Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Concord

want to say Thank you for a great experience on my first time renting on airbnb. The house was exactly as described and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Home was emaculent and in a quiet layer back neighborhood. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was thought of and provided. I would definatly stay here again for my next visit to Benicia.

This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

Beautiful home right in the middle of the dipsea trail stairs - go up the stairs to reach great hiking trails, down the stairs for great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy home, responsive and friendly hosts. Be aware of the somewhat challenging parking - bring the small car. Absolutely worth it, we’d love to come back!

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Mel’s place was wonderful! Mel communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for local restaurants. She made sure to put the lights on for us because we were coming in late in the evening. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Would highly recommend Mel’s place!

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

We went to Napa for a group ladies trip and Mark’s place was perfect. The location and decor was exactly as described and pictured. It was so beautiful and I also loved how private it was. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with the utensils and everything you need to cook if you want to. If you don’t want to cook, then it is only 10 min from downtown Napa with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was nice to come back from wine drinking for the day and relax in the hot tub and pool, and we enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace at night. Julie, the contact while there, was very accommodating with any questions we had. And Mark gave us great recommendations for restaurants and also a private driver, Paul Bailey, that took us to three incredible, boutique wineries. This place is perfect for a large group and we made a lot of good memories while there.

Very nice little apartment and one of our favorite places! The bed is super comfortable which was important to us. The kitchen is well-stocked, full refrigerator, and had a Keurig with coffee. We liked being away from downtown, but still conveniently located.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

David was a great host! He provided clear instructions for check in and accessing items around the house. The house itself was very nice and accessible. However, we were asked to start a load of laundry ourselves for the dirty towels despite being charged a cleaning fee. Other than that, I would recommend David’s home!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the picture and the beddings are very comfortable. The surroundings are very safe.

My family of 5 came in for a wedding, and needed a place we weren't on top of ourselves. With everything we had to do this house was such an oasis for us. Check in was effortless, response from our host whenever we had a question was nearly immediate every time. The backyard, big and welcoming. The kitchen, gorgeous and well thought ( my husband loves to cook, this kitchen worked!!) The bathrooms were perfect, clean and beautiful. Enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy, and if not enough, again, the big backyard had enough seating areas under fully grown trees and covered patio for anyone to have their own downtime. Clothes washer and dryer were a definite plus, as well as the wonderful dining/living area. TV was very easy to use, along with the WIFI. We loved being here, we truly enjoyed the house. Highly recommend.

We booked this house in Concord because family lives close by. This house is on a quiet, residential street. It’s a short drive to downtown Concord and the BART station. The house is great. It’s spacious, clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. We loved the artwork on the walls. The rooms are generous and the house is quiet. We loved that there was plenty of hot water and the showers were wonderful. We got to do laundry, which was a real plus because we were traveling as a family. Since we visited during the winter, we couldn’t enjoy the lovely back yard. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit.

Nice clean spot with everything you need to have a great trip. Great location and easy access to a 7-11 convenience store. Only thing they need are better pillows on the bed! The bed itself is super comfortable tho.

Excellent place, very close to almost everything one needs. Place was very clean and host was particular in provisioning for everything. Nathan was extremely responsive host.

Stayed here with family. The backyard was our favorite part- we had a toddler in the group that could run around play while we hung out on the deck. House was beautiful and modern. The local area was peaceful, we saw lots of local wildlife on the hill which was fun to sit and watch with coffee. Highly recommend!

It was perfect. We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation from Saint Mary’s College. East access to the highway, nice peaceful location but close to everything you need and the accommodations were lovely. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Great host as they were so responsive and due to some traffic delays I couldn't check out at the initial check out time, they immediately understood and said "life happens" which made me feel so much less stressed. I had my dog there and couldn't get there fast enough! I appreciate everything and it was cozy, comfy, clean! My dog Tulip and I enjoyed the hike right at the end of the block too! Great location for what we needed.
