Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden.

New 4 bed house, high spec in stunning location.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

Marianne's cottage is a top find. The drive out to comrie is beautiful and the little town is wonderful with hidden gems. the cottage itself what super comfortable and lovely in decor with a homely feeling. there was a welcome pack waiting for us which was a lovely touch with biscuits, olives and brilliant wine. My friend went up to the golf course and the deils cauldron was a highlight for lunch. An easy 10/10

Very comfortable. Great location next to the station. Frank & Maria went out of their way to make sure I had everything needed and gave lots of recommendations for things to do, walks to try and places to eat. Even though it is a room only basis, they provide a fridge and microwave, crockery tea&coffee, biscuits, milk, juice, fruit, yoghurts etc so you can easily sort a continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Pitlochry itself is a lovely little market town with lots to see, and great links into Scotland. 5*

Great place for our family get together - 3 generations. House and garden perfect. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. Only slight downside is the property is close to a main road which carries quite fast traffic. We didnt really hear it in the house or in the back garden however. Garden was a lovely space with a view opening onto a meadow and trees beyond

Our stay at Caroch Cottage was lovely and homely. We especially loved the extra effort put in to set the table for us - thank you! We attended a wedding at Comrie Croft, which was just a short drive away from the cottage - would recommend staying here if you are attending a wedding there.

It was absolutely lovely to have the beautiful cabin as home for our visit. So many kind and thoughtful touches and interesting and enthusiastic hosts. Such stunning surroundings and gorgeous garden areas to sit out. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
