House holiday rentals in Comporta

Our stay with José was completely successful! The place was beautiful and the view of the horse meadow was simply fantastic. We especially liked the lovingly arranged breakfast basket in the morning – a great touch! Helping with the feeding of the animals was also a real highlight, especially for nature lovers. The possibility of taking small hikes over horse and cow meadows rounded off our stay perfectly. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Cute and cozy yet spacious home, with a nice yard, next to cute little village of Comporta. Kitchen had what we needed for us to comfortably prepare meals, and house already had basic bathroom and kitchen supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shampoo/bodywash, etc.), plus a bottle of wine which was very nice! Area is very quiet, calm, and great for families. Pool was clean and spacious, never felt too busy. Small grocery store inside the complex was reasonably priced and very practical. The nearest beach is beautiful, but a 30 min walk (with kids), including a stretch on a major road, so not practical. It was a 5 min drive but parking filled quickly. The village of Comporta is cute but small and was busy, but other options for restaurants just a short drive (within 10-20 min) away, and many other beaches to explore along the coast. Overall, Carla was a great host and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is extremely welcoming, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with all the items we needed to make us feel at home. The outdoor area and pool are fantastic and we were still surprised by a little welcome treat, which made all the difference. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Fabulous villa. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful garden and pool. Easy access to central Lisbon via ferry. Close to long sandy beach.

We spent a week at Daniel's house with 2 families and had a great time. The house and property are not only large, but also already furnished or laid out. The kitchen is well equipped and with heated pool, new foosball, yoga mats, the ping pong table and the barbecue there is plenty to do even without excursions. But given the beautiful, quiet nature (occasionally the dog barking a little annoying) in the immediate vicinity and the versatile beaches (in the west with waves, at Sesimbra quiet Caribbean, but cold:-)) it would be a pity to forego excursions. However, you need a rental car and shopping facilities are a little further away (until the small shop in the village that offers Essentials). We would definitely book the house again.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s! Very responsive and accomodating host, great kitchen for cooking and beautiful outside space. We would love to come back!

The house is located in the heart of a small vineyard, it guarantees you complete privacy and a magnificent view of Lisbon. the heated pool will allow you to spend a perfect romantic evening🤗 Carlota will help you solve all the questions that arise and even a little more, it was very nice to meet her. we will definitely come back

João’s house is right in the middle of Comporta, in a row of similar houses. It looks adorable before you even enter! We had a great stay, which felt like home. So easy to walk to local cafes, shops and restaurants; the beach is walkable over dunes and through pines - most of it on a boardwalk. It’s a beautiful house, in beautiful surroundings and we hope to come back someday!

Duarte was a communicative, responsive and helpful host - we really appreciated this as there's only so much you can research online. The location of Casa da Encosta is magical, the fact you can't park outside makes it all the more special with no immediate road noise. The small terraced garden which surrounds the house is totally charming, offering plenty of little places to separate yourself from others should you wish and read a book or enjoy the view. Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the renovation executed thoughtfully. The feeling of being inside a jewelled box comes to mind. Yet it feels like someone's home and you feel welcome in it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a remarkable region of Portugal. Thank you.

This place was stunning. We had a great stay! There were six of us and more than enough room. The host was fantastic and super easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect Airbnb, simple as that and 5*s all round from the interesting and beautiful property, absolutely pristine in every way, to the friendliness and proactivity of Bruno, providing lovely wine for us to just pay for at the end, to the lovely village with at least 8 restaurants, to the proximity of the great beaches and forests and not forgetting Paula’s wonderful breakfasts. It was a privilege to stay at Patio de Meco.

Vanessas house is so lovely in a quiet and secluded part of comporta. Well furnished and cozy, and the rooftop lounge was my favorite part! Loved being able to work in the surrounding nature and relax in the evenings. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a quiet escape!

Fantastic stay with Joana in her beautiful and serene Airbnb. Highly, highly recommend, the photos don’t do the space justice. Every morning, Joana prepares a delicious breakfast for her guests. Matches the ad, even better than the photos! The welcome is impeccable, thank you to the hosts. The suite is spacious, lacks nothing in terms of amenities and everything is clean. Very relaxing, the view is beautiful and the beach next door is magnificent.

Very well designed place .. it’s a very quiet and private newly renovated house .. someone put a lot of thought into the architecture and design of every detail .. agent was very easy to communicate with .. everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were two families, the children stayed in the room upstairs which they felt was like a tree house! The house was very spacious and has everything we needed. We ate in the house multiple times. The shared swimming pool was perfect and was rarely busy even in August. We had a car so could visit the nearby beaches and the town was a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Really good value for money!

Mariana’s home in Comporta was perfect in every way. Right in town, walkable to all the shops restaurants and bikes to the beach. She and her property manager were incredibly accommodating, hospitable and responsive. The home was beautiful, spacious, well maintained and had every amenity. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Arrábida! The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every day was a dream. The rooms have a sea view and were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more — all the appliances were top-notch, which made cooking super fun and easy. We especially loved the fireplace in the evenings. Mariana made sure there was plenty of wood, and it made the space feel really cozy. Mariana was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!!

It was one of the best stays I've had, we plan to return. We were a group of 8 couples and two children, we had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Susana's house has everything you need, and we didn't even know we needed, for a spectacular stay. One of the details we valued a lot was the availability of glasses/wine glasses for the pool/outdoor area. The property was super clean and has shaded parking. The house has pool towels and the kitchen is fully equipped. Susana has prepared a list of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, chefs who come to the house... Spectacular attention, thank you! The one who received us was Mrs. Sónia, who is a sweetheart, to whom I thank very much for her sympathy and attention. We plan to return and I highly recommend Susana's house! Isabel was the best host I’ve ever had. She was always responsive and her advance details about the property and surroundings helped us plan. The property itself is breathtaking. This is a magical place. We loved every minute of our stay. Isabel made it so special with caring details like a welcome bottle of wine, plenty of coffee, many details about the town, plenty of assistance for checking in and a wonderful housekeeper. We will definitely return. What an amazing experience!
