We had a beautiful stay, it was a lovely spacious and clean place. We really appreciated that all the essentials were available in the apartment upon our arrival. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and secure. 5 minute walk to some great bars, restaurants and shops. With a bit of bad weather during my stay the balcony was a life saver-perfect place to relax and watch the rain.

I had a fantastic stay at Emily's place! It was just one street from the beach, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing coastal getaway. The location made it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views, while the studio itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail was clear throughout, from the cozy furnishings to the quality amenities. Great deal and location to be near Fremantle and Perth. Spotless kitchen and place, very easy and clear instructions to get in. Two bathrooms, one in master and one common with two queen beds. Suitable for 4 guest. Guest will have to climb up one flight of stairs so not suitable for accessibility needs.

I spent the last three nights of my stay in Southwest Australia at Magnus and Aurelia's apartment. The apartment is in a prime location yet quiet, very clean, and generously furnished. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the veranda and making plans for the day. The apartment includes free parking. Within walking distance, you'll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The bus station on Shepperton Road is a five-minute walk away, and the bus takes you directly to the center of Perth. Communication was easy, and Magnus gave me useful tips on what to see. I would stay there again anytime.

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

Alan was very responsive and proactive to check on us during our stay, making sure we were comfortable. Place was clean and I felt comfortable letting my two young kids play there. The children’s books and simple toys kept them entertained! Surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The only thing is there is no lift so you would have to carry your heavy luggage up two flight of stairs.

Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

dellas house was close to the beach and shops, inside the house was stocked with anything and everything you might find the need for we especially loved the surprise of the games that we found! loved pictionary and jenga! just a short stroll to beach and shops but was in a quiet and peaceful area we would definitely stay again if we are in the area

Such a comfortable stay we had at this listing. Excellent location and the house is practical and perfect size for a small to medium family. Kitchen is very user friendly and clean . Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The host is friendly and proactive to response. Totally recommend this place

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.
