Blue Wren is a beautiful home in stunning and peaceful surroundings. Our group of 9 ladies had a fabulous weekend. The house is beyond spacious with plenty of room both inside and out for everyone to relax, either all together or in solitude! It was a cold weekend and we mostly managed to keep warm with the fire going however the house is extremely large and so it was quite chilly away from the living areas. Beds were extremely comfy with quality linen which is a must. It can be difficult to find a quality property that can accommodate a large number of people comfortably however this was perfect! Would love to come back in the Autumn and make use of the pool and beautiful outdoor space.

Great homestay

We visited Perth from South Africa for a wedding and were advised to stay in Cottesloe — we are so glad we did! It is a beautiful area with everything close by. The beach is within walking distance and the promenade was perfect for our daily runs. The house was exactly as advertised — modern, spotless, and stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen had oils, sauces, teas, coffees, and all cleaning and laundry supplies. We were welcomed with a lovely treat package and felt right at home. There were multiple cozy TV areas, and the cinema room was such a treat. The pool was a bonus too! The host was incredibly responsive and proactive — even sending helpful reminders like when to take the bins out. We also loved the restaurant tips, especially Daisies just around the corner. We highly recommend this place — it truly felt like a home away from home.

Levi has been very responsive and helpful since I first inquired about the house. The home is absolutely lovely, and we've created many wonderful memories there. It’s fully equipped and beautifully maintained in every corner. We would love to stay in this house again if there is a chance. Thank you!

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Beautiful location. Large spacious home. Private and secure. We had a very comfortable stay. Amaro was really easy and friendly to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We had our dog with us, but unfortunately, there was no grass on the property, so we had to take him on regular walks to pee - that would be the only negative. The dog won't complain, though. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend Amaro's place to others.

Our favourite Airbnb in Perth! The house was even more stunning than the photos—it truly doesn't do it justice. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The bathroom was clean and impressively large. The kids had a blast playing with the giant chess set out front, and we appreciated being able to park two cars in the front porch area. A supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, with a lovely coffee café next to it—our go-to stop every morning before heading out. One thing to note: the washer and dryer are located in one of the bedrooms. If you're travelling with friends or extended family, this might be a bit inconvenient, especially at night, as you'll need access to someone else's room to do laundry. Still, this house was a highlight of our trip—comfortable, convenient, and absolutely beautiful. We'd love to return!

Nang's place was amazing! We were a group of 3 families and the side by side units was extremely convenient. The place was spotless and made us feel right at home, with all amenities provided for. We had a bunch of kids and the availability of the cot, high chair and plenty of toys was very thoughtful! Location is great, and just a short drive to the city. Nang was also responsive all the time and catered promptly to our requests. Other than the lack of facial tissues and the air fryer that wasn't cleaned properly, everything was perfect! Thank you for the lovely stay. We will be back here the next time we're in Perth!

wonderfully clean and convenient property. hosue is in great condition for a short family break. Rob was also incredibly responsive and kind in allowing us to deliver some items to his house prior to our arrival. location is lovely being just a stroll from Albany str (with lots of eateries) and Swan river along with Herrison island. thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would return

My family and I booked this airbnb t stay at Perth , it was fantastic with walking distance to Coles and Kmart. Parking was easy and Thomas replied really fast to our request and attend to it asap. Thanks Thomas ! Place was great with bbq pit , clean, and fully stocked utensils. Thanks for the welcome drink too 🍷

Angela's place is the perfect place to stay when visiting Perth. Handy to great beaches, public transport and Claremont shopping centre! The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil possible!! Bed is very comfortable.

Great clean house , nice host and amazing location , however if you have multiple cars there’s not much room for parking , would stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

A beautiful home in the heart of South Fremantle. Bedding is extremely comfortable and Chanel is a wonderful host. The house is well set-out and has everything you need for a short stay as well as being close to really nice restaurants and bars if you don't feel like cooking. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in Fremantle.

Wonderful homestay, clean, well equipped and spacious. The only drawback is the toilet door lock, not functioning. The rest are wonderful.

It is a dream to stay in such a big and nice house. We felt right at home. We took longer to find the house because we arrived when the sky was completely dark. It’s a 2 min drive from the house to Fremantle Market. There is a nice dog cafe called Amante & Co Coffee that is 3 min on foot. The dishwasher made it very easy for us to clean up after cooking. Justine & Lan were also quick to respond to our messages and requests. We would want to stay here again when we come to Perth with our extended family!

Simply great :) A home that was perfect for 6 adults and 2 babies. The home was a unique design and had comfortable beds and furniture. Backyard is brilliant for your own BBQ. The kitchen is so well kitted that you won't need to eat out much but with all the recommendations given, you would be crazy not to explore especially when there is a mini-CBD just next to your airbnb. A few things to be prepared for; yes it is only 1 bathroom but we know we can make it work. Host may consider ways to improve the water pressure and alternative heating. I will say the warmest room in the house to stay warm is their living room, the heater was really good. Anyway, very little issues. on top of all that, May was very communicating even bought portable heaters when we needed more heating. May is very friendly, rest assured you can ask for anything and she will do her best to help.

The accommodation was lovely. The house felt just like home. We can see that May is a very meticulous host in the details she has put in to make us feel comfortable. She was also very responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the few days we stayed in the accommodation.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Silver Street Studios. Judy was super helpful and made us the sweetest food basket upon arrival. The house was very clean and spacious with an artistic vibe. There are many cafes and restaurants within 100-500m of the house as well. The beaches nearby are stunning also. Would 100% recommend staying here.
