Our stay was fantastic, the pool was clean,the rooms were tidy, and thou the internet went out due to the rain the beauty of the place compensated for it, the beech was quite empty as if it's all for urself to enjoy especially in the morning. Also the villa was asthetic and the caretaker was very understanding, with all amenities that u could think of. This place is filled with beautiful paintings that would make ur stay feel more special. Overall if ur visiting south goa and want to stay away from too crowded beech like palolem, this is the place you should consider

Vikas is a great host and Villa Nest is a great place to unwind. I have stayed here multiple times and this is the perfect place for a staycation. The location is peaceful and surrounded with greenery. Daily needs and the beach are a stone throw away. The riverside is great for walks and bird spotting. There are 2 pools to take a dip when it gets too hot. Overall a great place for families.

The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

The place is beautiful and well-appointed. It is a 5 minute walk to a quiet and welcoming beach. We were a big family group and worked with the wonderful staff to arrange someone to cook meals for us. The one downside stems from the upside- it is far from cities and the main airport - Manohar and the taxis are expensive-equivalent to US prices. The fact that the resort resources-pool and restaurant- are next door is a big plus.

I booked this stay for our family trip and my 2 year old nephew. The place looked exactly like in the photos which was surprising. The decor was great and the furniture was classic. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The beach is just 700 mtr from the place and is more like a private beach which was great. There was an Indian Veg restaurant nearby which had great option for food. The host was responsive and proactive from time to time. Great deal.

The location was really nice, listing was accurate with all of the images matching the place. The host was really good and welcoming. She provided us with a lot of recommendations and was also able to get issues fixed with the wifi and filter almost instantly. The stay was spacious and was able to accomodate our entire group easily.

We had such a peaceful and refreshing stay at this villa! Surrounded by lush greenery, the whole place feels like a little nature retreat. The garden is absolutely beautiful — we spent hours just sitting outside, sipping chai, listening to the rain, and watching squirrels play around. It was the most relaxing part of our trip. The villa itself is stunning, thoughtfully designed, super comfortable, and fully equipped with all the modern amenities we needed. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and we didn’t face a single issue throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly warm and helpful, always available when needed but never intrusive. We’re definitely going to recommend this place to our friends — it’s a perfect escape into nature with all the comforts of home

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Vidita our host was very proactive and made everything seamless. The location was easy to find and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. We only stayed for a night as we had a flight the next day but we wish we had more time.

As usual, Shoba lavished her gift of hospitality on us. A more generous and caring Airbnb hostess would be hard to find. An added plus to renting here is that Shoba runs a snack place/restaurant downstairs. Many times when we were just too tired to cook, we ordered from the restaurant and Shoba cooked up some very tasty dishes for us. She is an outstanding cook. Our review by the pros and cons: Pros: 1)Tasty meals from restaurant 2) Shoba's hospitality 3) peace and quiet 4) large kitchen 5) on-site resident cat (Pena) and parrot (Beno) to love on. Cons: 1) Neighborhood is prone to power outages 2) Livingroom and kitchen can get a bit warm - bedrooms however are fine with AC units in each room 3) not unique to Shoba's is the common practice of burning garbage outside - can be an aggravation for folks with respiratory issues. For us, the pros outweigh the cons and we have already booked her place for next year. I highly recommend Shoba's Place.

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are very spacious and we absolutely loved staying here. It is also very near to the beach and main road.

wijit and her husband are very warm and friendly people. wijit was very caring and hospitable towards us. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential amenities that would be required to live happily in Goa and go places. she had a regular clean up staff who helped clean the apartment as well. we will visit her Airbnb again.

We chose Casa De Dona Telma because we wanted to stay in a Goanese house. High ceilings, large rooms, tall windows—this place had it all. The location was perfect. It is in the heart of Madgao yet situated in a peaceful locality. We could easily visit South Goa, North Goa, and interior Goa from there. The house had all the basic amenities required for cooking. We enjoyed preparing our breakfasts, sitting in the very large dining room, and chatting late into the evenings. Savio, the host, was exceptional. From the day we booked the homestay, he stayed in touch, answering all our queries promptly and helping us with local transportation. Whenever we needed something, no matter how small, he arranged it without delay. Thank you, Savio, for your hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed the place a lot. Its a good calm place where you can enjoy with your family in goa. Its secured and can order food from outside as well via other food delivering app. Overall 10/10 for this place. I will strongly recommend this place for staying.

Anish has an amazing place! He is very pro-active and friendly. Helped in every way he can to make our stay most comfortable. The row villa is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. There's a lot of open space outside for our dog to roam around freely. And we were able to go on peaceful walks in the morning. There is a store and a nice little cafe in walkable distance. This place is definitely a gem. Totally worth it. There's 2 bedrooms on the first floor and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful greens and homes. Kitchen, dining and living room on the ground. Well maintained. Wish we stayed a couple of more days. This is going to be our first preference in South Goa from now! Thanks Anish for the wonderful stay! Notes: Visit the nearby lake. Visit the cafe down the lane[Nik Net Cafe]. Fatrade Beach if you're looking for quiet time.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 nights and loved it!! It isa very well appointed, spacious and clean apartment. Well maintained, with a huge covered balcony/terrace. Luscious and green surroundings. Would have loved to stay longer and will surely return here soon. Thanks to Shaunak and Edward.

Mind-blowing Place all facilities Available peace of mind

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa during my visit to Goa, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa boasts good, clean, and well-maintained rooms with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The washrooms are spotless and hygienic , which added to the overall comfort of the stay. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a modular kitchen, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The spacious sitting area is a great spot to relax and unwind with family or friends. What sets this villa apart is its lucarative location . It’s conveniently located, providing easy access to all the exotic places in Goa, making sightseeing and exploring a breeze. A special mention to the wonderful hosts, Juwel and Diviya, and the house in-charge Surekha ji, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Nirvana Abode was good. The place is as per the description. It is very spacious and kiychen is pretty well equipped as well. Jancy was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was good and very peaceful. Car parking also was within premises. For us the only thing which we felt could be improved was the change of bed linens since linen change was an extra charge of Rs 500. Usually most of the Airbnb places I've stayed at offer linen change atleast alternate days free of charge. Also, some of the linen/towels were old and had stains in them. The cleaning of the premises was done on alternate days free of charge.
