Beachfront holiday rentals in Colva Beach

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The other reviews say it all! Our pet dog had a lovely time at the villa and at the beach too. The road from the villa has now been extended till the beach so you can drive till the beach if you want to. Otherwise it is a quick 5 minute walk to a non-crowded rather unknown part of Cavellosium beach. Only locals know the place ! Lourio and his wife were super helpful and Ranjit was always available for any help we needed ( we had a 'taxi not showing up' emergency and Ranjit saved the day!). The villa was just perfect for our extended stay in south Goa, the fenced garden a big plus for those with pets.

Best place to stay in North Goa. Location-wise and view-wise, a great apartment. Hope we will again plan a family booking for the same home.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat located very close to Colva Beach. The easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautifully arranged and thoughtfully maintained. The views from both balconies were incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The residency is calm and secure, with proper security measures and CCTV cameras, making us feel completely at ease. We truly felt at home here and would love to come back to this flat whenever we visit Goa again. We absolutely loved our stay!

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

The stay was absolutely like a second home with all the basic amenities provided as per the listing. The flat is spacious and clean . The Colva beach is 3 mins walk and there are loads of good restaurants nearby as well. So, we were very happy with the secured and peaceful surrounding with all the amenities nearby. Esha is very responsive and is very jovial to talk to. I would definitely recommended this place

Aaron and his team is very co-operative and accomodative . The location is great in a gated community.. To make your experience more awesome I suggest you to rent a car or a two wheeler . parking is free within the complex Would love to stay again ! Thanks Aaron for your support 🙏

We had a fantastic stay! The place exceeded our expectations and looked even better than in the photos. Sabina was an exceptional host, always responsive and incredibly helpful. She assisted us in every possible way, from recommending the best nearby restaurants to arranging a scooter at a minimal cost. The location was perfect—just a 3-4 minute walk to Colva Beach and very close to a supermarket. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to visit again!

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

The place is beautiful and well-appointed. It is a 5 minute walk to a quiet and welcoming beach. We were a big family group and worked with the wonderful staff to arrange someone to cook meals for us. The one downside stems from the upside- it is far from cities and the main airport - Manohar and the taxis are expensive-equivalent to US prices. The fact that the resort resources-pool and restaurant- are next door is a big plus.

It was an absolute please to stay at this villa. the size was perfect for us and very spacious. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There is a bar/restaurant on site for quick and easy food. The grounds were kept clean and pleasant. There is also a shuttle buggy that can take you too and from the beach. The only downfall was the pool play loud music from 8am-8pm. It didn’t affect us because we placed our children into the back room away from the pool and we are also early risers but this could be an issue for others. Overall I found the stay great and would certainly book stay again.

The place is ideal as it's not very far from Dabolim and yet quite distinctly emsconsed in the nature's lap. You can literally look at the ocean when you wake up! the train track just behind the house gives it a medieval charm - making a bit surreal that you can capture the trains passing and boats cruising at the same time. and NO - the trains don't disrupt your sleep - we slept like baby! the staff is friendly and helpful. taxis can be arranged by the host, and decent food options are available with a nice bar overlook the sea. very good value for your bucks!

Spacious house in beautiful location close to the beach. House is very clean, and caretaker is available for help and questions. Swimming pool well maintained and surrounded by nice garden, all really lovely. Recommended taxi driver George was a great help locally and so nice to chat with. Only downside was the mattresses, which are extremely hard and lumpy. They should urgently be replaced, l could only sleep by fashioning a mattress topper out of a spare quilt.

Meherangez is a wonderful host. She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

One thing to note is the presence of a friendly dog on the property. While it added a pleasant atmosphere, we did find her a bit dirty and clingy. Additionally, for future guests, be aware that the entrance is a bit hidden, so it's advisable to pay close attention when navigating to the property. Despite these minor considerations, our stay was positive, and we appreciated the accurate listing, the host's hospitality, and the convenient location.
