House holiday rentals in Columbus

This place was perfect for our family to stay whilst we all went to a wedding. It is a great venue for family to be together and spend time with each other as there is a large table to eat at and the bedrooms were very clean. We were grateful for the pool space too which was a bonus.

Rick and his wife were exceptional hosts! They graciously accommodated my family on short notice after our previous Airbnb reservation was unexpectedly canceled. The home was clean, spacious, and fairly kid-friendly, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Rick and his wife to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

We stayed at Nina's for a long weekend with our soldier in training at Ft. Benning. The home was close enough to easily access base but outside of the hustle and bustle of Columbus. It was a quick trip when we did decide to go into Columbus. The neighborhood is delightful. It was quiet, and serene with a great area to walk. The neighbors are all friendly. The home was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for everyone to hang out and be together. The kitchen was adequately stocked for meals at home which is what our son asked for. The island is perfect so you aren't isolated if you're cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms/showers are terrific. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. With teenagers and young kids, we found great use of the basketball hoop and the big lawn for some family soccer. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend some quality family time.

Spacious, clean house in a quiet area. The pool and game room were a great hit with everyone. Loved the big kitchen too!!

Carolina was a gracious host who was available for questions, checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable and was immediately available when we had a slight issue at check in—which she was able to resolve immediately. We also were able to get in a bit early which was nice. Should we be in the area again, we would look forward to staying at Columbus Haven again.

We stayed here for my son’s turning green ceremony at Fort Benning. It was a good location and people perfect for just relaxing with him during his 4 day pass. The back corner of the lot also has a nice area to take pictures.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was everything we needed and wanted. We went for my son who is in the Military and the location was perfect, so close to the base. We found lots to do in the area along with just relaxing within the home. So spacious, comfy, and clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this house to anyone who is looking in this area. Our host was so kind and responsive and gave great recommendations for the surrounding area! We made so many memories that will last a lifetime!

This place was perfect for my 4 day leave to relax and reset my mind for training! They welcome you to a cozy spot and are very responsive with any questions or requests you might have! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The house was perfect… clean and close enough to the base. Perfect stay and will try to stay here again if I need to come back to Fort Benning.

Gorgeous space in a lovely neighborhood. So comfortable, beautiful deck and lots of charm.

The standout is that the home is remarkably clean. David and Rebecca allow dogs, yet you would never know - no dander/fur, no pet odor. We arrived in the rain. The walkway to the entrance is stone and pea gravel, so we did not track in mud or debris from the driveway. Smart! It is an old home, which we appreciate, with modern conveniences and preserved features such as the hardwood floors, the bathroom tile and fixtures, and the large windows. It was humid outside; we were very cool inside! The home sits right on a popular park. The trees and green space are quite lovely. We could easily walk to at least three restaurants, tennis courts, a newly erected playground, a track, and little league baseball fields. Lots of people, yet quiet - a great community vibe. Rebecca kindly checked in with us during our stay - so nice to be able to ask her questions. In future returns to Columbus, we will check the availability of this home first. Really, no need to stay anywhere else. :)

Fun, peaceful, relaxing, clean & modern home. We had 4 kids ages ranging from 6-19, and they all GREATLY enjoyed the lake house vacation. The home & property had everything and I mean EVERYTHING one could need. Great memories were made inside and outside the Green Herron. We fished, swam, s’mores by the fire place, grilled, played games we never played before… the fun was endless. The hosts truly put their heat and hard work into this place. BOOK IT!

My family had a wonderful time for our reunion! Four adults, three kids, and an infant all stayed very comfortably, and we grilled out and let the kids play in the fenced in backyard. The house was spotless, conveniently located, and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

Honestly a fantastic find. What stood out was the cleanliness and the extra details in making our stay special. Extra supplies and refreshments were a huge plus along with the location being perfect. A nice bonus was having coffee on the back porch and seeing a couple of deer walk by in the small patch of woods behind the house. So cozy!!

We LOVED staying at this house. While it’s not the nicest neighborhood, the home is beautiful, secure, chocked full of amenities and well appointed. You can tell the home was renovated with care and purpose. We came into town for a wedding and were able to host some of my family the day after. They had everything we needed to make everyone feel welcome, including ample parking. Thank you Juliette!

A very comfortable and clean place to stay while visiting my son during his graduation. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus so that we didn't have to pack so much stuff. Donna's home is also situated in close proximity to amenities so we were able to easily find things to do around town.

Such a great find in Columbus! Was in town for about 3 months for work and happened to find this home was available. At first glance, I thought that there must be some catch due to the extremely fair price and size/location of the property. No catch! My stay was wonderful, the home has everything you need and then some, the neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you could need in town. When I needed to leave early, Chris worked with me to adjust the stay and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for individuals on a long-term stay (this whole house is less per month than what you’d pay for a single apartment!) or for small groups visiting the area.

Fascinating and gloriously decorated home with its many spaces to visit and dine along with the 5 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen with some food and drinks there for us tot enjoy. The lovely gardin area is not to be missed either!
