Guest house holiday rentals in Columbia

Absolutely loved this place so much that the next time we visit and need a place to stay, we will definitely stay here! This is really our fault, but We would have appreciated instructions for how to run the televisions. We were so busy that by the time we got back home to watch the news each night it was too late to contact our host. We were also so busy from morning till night that we really did not spend a lot of time at this beautiful home. Our host was always so responsive to us but we really didn't think about contacting her as we were too busy throughout the day. I am sure she would have responded if we had taken the time to text her. However, we do not stream or have any type of subscriptions, so it would have been nice to have some kind of documentation to explain how we could watch just local channels on the television sets in the house. Other than that we had no issues and really really loved staying here.

Me & my girlfriend stayed here for a few days to visit someone graduating basic training in the Army. It was a beautiful space, very private & quiet. The pool & hot tub were open 24/7, which was lovely! Danielle and Drew were also friendly, helpful & welcoming! Thank you!

We had a nice stay. The space was maximized quite well and very comfortable.

Prepare to be impressed, both by Tammy and her facilities. Tammy has taken great care to provide a quality place to stay. The apartment was made and furnished with quality products that we greatly appreciated; nice pans and everything we needed to help make a nice dinner. The apartment was definitely NOT furnished and equipped from Goodwill; matching towels, silverware, etc. Everything is nicely labelled. The availability of the boat ramp and dock is a great added value. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to return. Thanks again for a great stay!

This is our 2nd stay at Mansa and Danielle’s guest house and it is perfect for us. Our daughter lives in Columbia and when we come and visit it is just right for our needs. I do wish that the kitchen was stocked with a few more utensils and cooking dishes, but other than that it works great for us. The views of the pond out back are really nice in the morning with coffee and a good book. Thanks!

We were in town for LSU baseball at USC. This Airbnb was a great choice since it was in close proximity to the stadium. The home is absolutely adorable just as the listing shows. The courtyard provided a great place to unwind after the games. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay again. Be sure to checkout the Columbia zoo and the Soda City farmer’s market.

We were so happy to be close to family and stores like Target. We were in town for a family event and Jeff’s place was perfect for my kids and me. I loved having a mini fridge with a freezer. I was able to keep all my ice packs cold for the long road trip. And the variety of coffee options made mornings so much better. When we hit a bump with the door lock Jeff responded immediately and arrived back to help us fix the issue within 15 minutes. We’ll be back! Thank you!

If you are looking for a beautiful, safe and relaxing place to stay in Columbia, look no further! My husband and I relocated to the city and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while house hunting. Desi’s place was the perfect home base. Located in the Heathwood area—arguably the nicest neighborhood in the entire city—it's the ideal mix of charm, convenience, and tranquility. The location is unbeatable, being right across the street from Heathwood Park, and close to all the shops and restaurants on Devine. Desi is an outstanding host! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home, providing everything we needed and more. Plus, he has an adorable dog named Marlin, who was a sweet addition to our stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re visiting Columbia, I highly recommend staying at Desi’s—whether you’re in town for a short visit or need a longer-term stay.

We love this Airbnb. This is the second time we’ve stayed to visit family and it is the perfect location. Quiet and peaceful and close to everything. Comfortable bedding and comfortable space.

We had wonderful time staying at the guest house. The hosts were helpful, attentive and friendly. The house is close to supermarkets, but is in nice and quiet area, so you can get good sleep at night. The property has direct access to small walking trails that our dog was happy to explore. If we come to SC again- we would be happy to stay at this house.

Joel and Giovi were exceptional hosts! Both very helpful and kind! During my stay I even learned to drive stick, and shoot a firearm! They are both military and very disciplined and responsible regarding that and in their daily lives. The unit was perfect for my parents and pets while I was evacuating. Very high ceilings. Quality hard tile floors. Classic entertainment systems. Pool table. Swimming pool. The privacy and security with a brick wall and gate helped put my parents at ease in their first Airbnb. My father now talks about renovating our house!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay. Close to Fort Jackson, the reason for the stay. When we arrived owner was there and greeted us. She is very sweet. We came with no pots or pans but what was there was enough to cook our new Soldier a nice home cooked meal. Our Soldier enjoyed the home for the day before having to go back to base. She had a few hours of “at home” comfort before being shipped out.

Fantastic spot if you're looking to fish Lake Murray. The house is right on the water and made for a relaxing stay. Lonnie and Janice are wonderful hosts, super welcoming, and their place is beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I’m in Columbia."

10/10! I had an amazing three-month stay! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the place truly felt like a home away from home. It’s in a great location, close to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. Super clean, cozy, and peaceful. Easily my best Airbnb experience! I will be back the next time I’m in Columbia!
