One of the bedrooms is located outside of the principal house, in the poolhouse. This old farmhouse is ideal for families or friends on holidays with its large terrace, private pool (secured for children), and all necessary equipment. Ideal for visiting the area, walking in nature, Uzès 10 km away, local shops within walking distance. Garage and courtyard not adjoining the house. And the house is equipped with a Verisure alarm system and remote monitoring in the living room and in the upstairs hallway only when it is in operation and the alarm is triggered.
