Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Collingwood

Jesse was a very helpful, responsive host. This house was perfect for our family with all the amenities as described in the listing. It is next door to a community centre which had a dance on the Saturday night, but the music was not that loud and it was over at midnight. Each bedroom had a sound machine you could use to fall asleep to waves or birds or other soothing sounds. The whole house was very clean and the pantry was well stocked and every kind of utensil and dish and glass and cup you could need was provided. The narrow fairly steep stairs to bedrooms on the second floor might be a challenge for some if you have knee issues. For us it was really a great place to stay and exactly as pictured and described.

Lovely spot to stay with the family. We had such a nice weekend. Meaford is great place and close to both Owen sound and Collingwood to explore further. The house was comfortable and a great place for our family and dog to relax. It had everything we needed

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. We had an amazing experience. It’s a beautiful home with modern amenities and a beautiful outdoor area. We arrived in a cozy town with nearby restaurants and general store. It was a very clean and well prepped home. Our host was amazing. She was accommodating and very kind, always responsive and very welcoming. We highly recommend this stay. 10/10 experience.

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

I enjoyed a peaceful 2 weeks at this beautiful Airbnb! The setting is surreal surrounded by nature and a river! I had everything I needed and I enjoyed a few nights with a cozy fire in the wood stove. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The No Frills in Shelburne was a great grocery store nearby. Wendy was always very responsive and helpful. As clearly noted in the description, there is no cell service but not a big deal as there is wifi. I hope to be back again one day! A true gem!

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in After almost three years of Airbnbs around the world, this one in Canada tops them all. We stayed in both the Lookout (the little house) and the Pine Lodge (above the store)—and didn’t want to leave. The Lookout felt like a cozy sanctuary: garden, sauna, spotless, fully equipped. The Pine Lodge had a steam room (huge bonus!), comfy couches, a big dining table, and a fire always going. But what made it truly special were Krystal and Madison—the kindest, most caring hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like arriving at friends’, not strangers’. During a freak ice storm, they moved us to a backup-powered house and even brought us food. Just wow. Local tips: • Cawaja Store: best coffee, insane ice cream, and local broths, pies, soups. • Mums Restaurant: old-school diner, fresh, cooked-to-order food. • The Friendly Corner: lovely for sunny outdoor meals.

The place was just as described. It is a loft above their barn that was super cute and clean. The host was very reliable and responded within minutes every time I had an issue or question. She gave me amazing recommendations for some local places and even for my ride home. Her husband greeted me and was so friendly and enjoyable to speak to. Any question or issue I had was addressed immediately. The animals on the property were fun to see. A very nice and quaint little place to stay and very close to Owen Sound which is what I wanted to explore. Take time to find the waterfalls around town! Thank you for your incredible hospitality!! We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

The place itself is quiet and peaceful, and enjoying morning coffee by the little lake with the fish was simply magical. This stay made our weekend unforgettable. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, massive bathtub and shower as well as a nice master bedroom. There are lots of walking trails around, which was perfect since we brought our dog. Diana was a wonderful host, she was proactive and detailed in her communications which made our check in and check out process smooth. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!

Elijah’s place was very spacious, homey, clean, and as described; the bed was very comfortable and all the appliances worked as described; we didn’t need to ask for anything additionally and they were kind enough to offer us a checkout time of 12pm which meant we didn’t need to rush in the morning; will highly recommend to everyone wanting to visit the local trails, beautiful patches of nature and Vettä spa, as it’s practically walking distance

Our stay at kempenhaus was very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. We felt very comfortable and right at home. Had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Katrina was very responsive to any of our questions we had regarding the property, which made communication excellent. The cottage was lovely and relaxing - even better than in the pictures! The host was responsive, detail-oriented, and added extra treats. One of my best cottage rental experiences ever!

Kerri’s place is not one to miss. As soon as you step out of your car you will be surrounded by nature and the tranquil sounds of the creek. There’s lots of hiking trails near by plus a ton of cidery/wineries/brew houses. If you get good or bad weather there’s something to do! Place was stocked with everything you could need and all the instructions for the jet tub and sauna. Kerri was an amazing host who made the time we spent at her place easy and fun with recommendations and small personalizations. A beautifully maintained and run place to get away for the weekend. Highly recommend!

Our getaway was delightful! Every moment felt special, from long dog walks through the property to relaxing in the cozy, beautifully designed cabin. The outdoor seating area was the perfect spot to unwind, and taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pond after our bike race made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Rushad:)

Leah was an excellent host! The A-frame cabin was exactly as described and pictured. When we encountered an unexpected cold snap during our stay with our cats, Leah was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us out. Her quick communication and willingness to accommodate made all the difference. The cabin itself is charming and we'd definitely consider staying again. Highly recommend Leah as a host - she truly cares about her guests' comfort and experience.
