Beachfront holiday rentals in Colico

Abbiamo terminato da poco il nostro soggiorno presso questo comodo appartamento. Essendo già stata a Verceia, sapevo già che mi sarei trovata comoda come posizione con i miei due figli piccoli e mia madre che ha problemi di mobilità, e questo appartamento è stato davvero una manna dal cielo. Nessuna scala da affrontare ne discese o salite ripide per raggiungere i punti d’interesse che ci interessavano. Infatti si trova a pochi passi da un alimentari, dal bar, dalla passeggiata del lago, da una piccola ma bellissima spiaggietta con una bella sabbionaia per i bambini già provvista di giochi per giocare con la sabbia, e dal parco giochi del paese. Insomma tutto davvero comodo compreso ovviamente anche l’appartamento che è bello spazioso e ben tenuto, con tutto l’occorrente che può servire e in caso mancasse qualcosa, Paolo sicuramente farà in modo di procurarvela. Spendo infine due parole proprio sull’host, che si è dimostrato davvero attento e premuroso. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente ☺️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Anna et Marco. L’appartement est idéalement situé proche du lac et de l’animation, très accueillant et bien équipé. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades en ne prenant que les transports en commun. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les conseils personnalisés de Marco et sa disponibilité pendant le séjour. Le contact par messages interposés était très amical. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Lezzeno petit village calme en comparaison avec d’autres sites très touristiques : bellagio / Varrena / menagio . Mais avec des commodités: bon restaurant / plage privé / petite épicerie et embarcadère. Tout peut être fait à pied depuis l’appartement. En revanche Lezzeno est peu connecté en transport en commun et je préconise la voiture . L’appartement est conforme à la description, et donne accès à un petit sentier pédestre en bord de plage . Le moins mais que j’imagine commun à d’autre appartements du lac de Côme en première ligne de lac c’est le bruit de la route . Qui est juste derrière. Pas forcément dérangeant au mois de mai en semaine pendant la nuit . Mais l’été et le week-end j’imagine que la circulation est bien plus dense . Je recommande nous avons passé un bon séjour et reçu un bon accueil de l’hôte .

Highly recommended this beautiful and peaceful place. We thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights, and we would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Lierna is very quiet and peaceful, especially compared to some of the other towns around the lake. We loved that! We went by car around and Lierna always felt like a breath of fresh air after the hustle and bustle. The apartment is perfect, has all the amenities you could wish for. the terrace is lovely, and the view is magnificent. Maurizia and family were excellent hosts. Again, highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot.

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay with incredible views of the lake… only 25 steps to the water from the property! There have been reviews where the parking was described as difficult but it’s now super easy … the middle spot in a private parking deck right off the road. It’s best to come with a car to get to the nearby towns and restaurants. It’s a short walk from the property to coffee and a market with fresh pastries and pasta. We had a wonderful time here.

Absolutely magical stay in Bellano! The view over Lake Como is breathtaking — truly panoramic — and rivals luxury hotels at a fraction of the cost. Bellano is the perfect base: direct train from Milan (we were even picked up at the station by one of Giovanni’s lovely friends — what a luxurious and warm welcome!), ferries to Varenna, Bellagio & Menaggio, but far less crowded. We were so happy to retreat here after sightseeing. The town has several excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the apartment itself is full of charm, art, and character. Giovanni is an outstanding host — friendly, helpful, and even cooked us the best lasagna we’ve ever had as part of a delicious homemade 4-course meal. He also shared great tips for boat rentals and local dining. Every terrace and window has an unforgettable view. This place had high ratings and still exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of returning. A true gem — can’t recommend enough!

Tolles Apartment oberhalb von Menaggio. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Comer See und die Berge ist traumhaft. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Menaggio ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Georgia Louise hat sofort auf Rückfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Maria Teresa et Paolo sont d'excellents hôtes, ils ont été très sympathiques et de bon conseil tout au long du séjour. La communication était top (en anglais dans notre cas) et ils ont été très compréhensifs. Le logement est idéalement situé au bord du lac, au centre de Colico et avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac, surtout depuis le balcon. Le logement est également très fonctionnel, bien équipé ; les hôtes avaient même généreusement laissé des condiments et du café pour nous, entres autres, et impeccable niveau propreté. L'accès à la piscine est un plus appréciable pour l'appartement qui est déjà parfait. La ville de Colico est parfaite pour profiter de diverses activités aquatiques ou non (vélo, randonnée...) et le bateau permet de facilement visiter les autres villes d'intérêt au bord du lac de Côme. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans des conditions optimales. Je ne peux que recommander !!!

Vi hadde et supert opphold på Bellagio love. Beliggenheten er i gangavstand til sentrum og en strand i nærheten. Rolige omgivelser og flott uteområde med basseng. Leiligheten var som beskrevet og godt utstyrt, og alt var veldig rent og fint. Manuele er en veldig hyggelig vert!

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Belaggio und Dennis war ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Die gute Kaffeemaschine, die Nähe zu einem Spielplatz, der Bushaltestelle und dem Schiffsanleger sind hervorzuheben. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit 🙂

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Mycket fräscht och bra boende med väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Domaso är en liten och lugn by, en bra restaurang rakt över gatan, fler inom kort avstånd. Trafikerad huvudgata direkt utanför men själva boendet ändå skyddat. Fin pool, bra strand och bad i flod på gångavstånd.

We stayed at Francesca’s home for the first part of our honeymoon. Prior to our stay, we found Francesca to be very attentive, responsive and lovely to chat with. Her home is beautiful and is in a lovely area on Lake Como. There are many restaurants in walking distance as well as the town beach and a beach bar. The views are spectacular and the access to the beach is excellent. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

The apartment has an unbelievable view. The view out the front door will take your breath away. It's beautiful. The entire town is walkable and worth exploring. The train and ferry stations are also walking distance from the apartment, and we ended up using both for day trips to other lake cities. This is truly a magical location. We will forever remember having our morning coffee or pre-dinner wine on the lake, a mere 10 feet from our front door. Francesca and her mother were amazing, responsive, and helpful in every way. They left us a bottle of their family's wine as a welcome present. On our departure day, it was pouring rain, and they offered to drive us to the train station. So unexpected and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We'll visit again.

Très beau logement, tout est paisible , le cadre est enchanteur. Federica est très complète dans ses explications et communique très facilement. Nous sommes conquis par cette belle région d'Italie et ce logemement en particulier!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer super schönen Gegend. Simone war immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Die Wohnung war total sauber und die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Aufenthalt war toll, perfekt, um etwas die Seele baumeln zulassen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war einfach nur ein Traum.

Wir hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die moderne Küche. Der Check-in verlief völlig reibungslos und Federica war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Es war eine tolle Zeit! Die Wohnung hat einen wirklich fantastischen Ausblick und sieht auch sonst aus wie auf den Bildern. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Um die Ecke gibt es ein kleines Cafe, in dem man direkt am See schön frühstücken kann, und auch ein Restaurant. Die Bootsanlegestelle ist ebenfalls fast direkt vor der Tür. Leonardo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen alles zu erklären und auch ein bisschen über die Gegend zu erzählen und was man wo findet. Da die Gassen recht schmal sind, hat er angeboten, den Parkplatz in der Einfahrt gegen einen auf dem großen Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke zu tauschen, was super lieb war. Und er hat sogar einen Tag vorher extra nochmal an den bevorstehenden Feiertag erinnert, da dann die Fahrpläne für Bus und Schiff anders sind. Es war sogar möglich später auszuchecken, da die nächsten Gäste nicht am selben Tag anreisten. Das alles ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.
