Apartment holiday rentals in Colico

Maria Teresa et Paolo sont d'excellents hôtes, ils ont été très sympathiques et de bon conseil tout au long du séjour. La communication était top (en anglais dans notre cas) et ils ont été très compréhensifs. Le logement est idéalement situé au bord du lac, au centre de Colico et avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac, surtout depuis le balcon. Le logement est également très fonctionnel, bien équipé ; les hôtes avaient même généreusement laissé des condiments et du café pour nous, entres autres, et impeccable niveau propreté. L'accès à la piscine est un plus appréciable pour l'appartement qui est déjà parfait. La ville de Colico est parfaite pour profiter de diverses activités aquatiques ou non (vélo, randonnée...) et le bateau permet de facilement visiter les autres villes d'intérêt au bord du lac de Côme. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans des conditions optimales. Je ne peux que recommander !!!

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung bei sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns von der 1 Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und wir werden sicher noch sehr oft hierher kommen. Die Aussicht ist sooooo schön, der Magnolie Baum spendet angenehm Schatten, Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wichtig war uns auch ein großer Parkplatz für unseren Kombi und auch das ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. Für uns alles in allem die perfekte Wohnung

We had a wonderful week at Nicole’s apartment! It was a great base for our family (two adults and three children aged 4, 8, and 10). The apartment was clean and functional, with plenty of space (e.g., two bedrooms and two bathrooms). The yard was a big joy for us, and the surrounding scenery was stunning! It was easy to take day trips around Lake Como from the apartment. Nicole was helpful and responded to our messages quickly. We can warmly recommend this apartment!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Siamo una coppia giovane; abbiamo passato una settimana molto piacevole a Colico, la casa è meravigliosa con una vista mozzafiato; la sua posizione è molto comoda in quanto vicina a molte spiagge. L’ambiente è molto tranquillo e sereno, perfetto per chi vuole una fuga dalla città e per godersi la natura. Di per sé la casa è veramente confortevole, pulita e accogliente, nel suo piccolo ci siamo trovati molto bene. Daniel è stato un host molto disponibile, sa come accogliere gli ospiti, e metterli a proprio agio, inoltre da consigli molto utili ed interessanti sia per chi ama camminare in mezzo alla natura, e sia per chi vuole godersi la cucina locale. Penseremo sicuramente a tornare❤️

Het huis is meer dan uitstekend, helemaal nieuw en super goed uitgerust. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en in ruime mate. De bedden zijn top, slaapkamers zijn ruim en er is voldoende kastruimte. Tuin aan de voor- en achterkant waardoor je altijd een plekje in de zon kunt vinden (of juist de schaduw). Hele fijne stoelen bij de tafel waardoor het aangenaam is om lekker lang te tafelen. Wij waren met z'n tweeën dus voldoende relax zit gelegenheid. Ben je met meer personen wordt dat toch wel wat krap met een tweezitbank en één stoel. Het enige minpuntje wat ik kan verzinnen ligt buiten de verhuurder, en dat is dat alle locals honden hebben die vaak aanslaan en op elkaar reageren. Zeker ook 's nachts. Als je met de ramen open slaapt is dat wel even een overweging.

Супер приятные хозяева супер приятного дома) Дом чистый, в жару прохладно - то , что нужно для отдыха. Во дворе каждый сможет найти плюсы для себя - от небольшой детской площадки, зоны отдыха/занятий йогой, до зоны барбекю. Также есть бассейн. В ближней к дому части озера Комо постоянно немного ветренно и можно всегда наблюдать любителей (и профессионалов) водных видов спорта где нужен ветер. Жильё оставило самые приятные воспоминания. Спасибо хозяевам. Надеемся приехать к Диего ещё.

Waren hier voor 1 week en wat een geweldige plek ! Ruim appartement, uitzicht is fenomenaal , zwembad geweldig . Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Een auto is wel aangeraden want 2 km naar dorpje beneden en het meer via steile weg . Een bakker , mini supermarkt en pizzeria op loopafstand . De tuin is prachtig en de host reageert heel snel indien je een vraag of suggestie hebt . Een absolute aanrader om het noordelijk gedeelte van het Comomeer te verkennen

I had a wonderful stay at this charming little apartment in Gravedona. Though compact, it was perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning view over Lake Como — absolutely breathtaking and a joy to wake up to every morning. A peaceful and beautiful spot, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Excellent séjour . Logement impeccable et fonctionnel . La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique . Le relationnel avec Antonio était très fluide . Nous reviendrons .

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

We spent our 30th Anniversary at the Villa and it was an awesome place away from the tourists. Honestly it’s so picturesque it takes your breath away. I would come back over & over again and only stay here.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und ermöglicht einen erholsamen Urlaub. Bequeme Betten und grosses Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - man hat alles, um selber zu kochen. Alles war sehr sauber (speziellen Dank dafür an Rosella!) und der Gastgeber und seine Eltern, die im gleichen Haus wohnen, waren jederzeit äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und gaben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge. Dervio ist ein kleiner Ort und es ist von Vorteil, mit Auto oder Motorrad unterwegs zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüssung und die familiäre Atmosphäre.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

L'appartement était exactement comme sur les photos et la vue est magnifique. Il est bien équipé (lave-linge notamment) et est très calme. A proximité il y a une ligne de bus qui arrive directement de la gare de Como et qui va jusqu'à Belagio ce qui est très pratique, a noter qu'il ne passe qu'une fois toutes les heures (ou demi-heure en fonction de la période). Dana est très discrète et réactive pour vous présenter les différentes activités autour de l'appartement. Je recommande fortement.

Ich hatte eine Super, ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles war perfekt sauber und auch die Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut funktioniert! Ich konnte trotz relativ schlechtem Wetter einige schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu Fuss unternehmen. Die Natur rund um die Wohnung ist wunderschön und der Hotpot hat auch seinen Zweck erfüllt 👍 Danke Chiara und Familie für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
