Maria and Paolo where great hosts when we arrived it was pouring rain they offer to pick us up and bring us to the appartment which was so kind and helped with our luggage they knew we were Irish so left David. A Italian beer and some crackers to try along with maps and sightseeing flyers the views are stunning like something out of a magazine , so much to do and see would deff stay here again

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

We spent three days at the Lake Como Residence and felt completely comfortable. The location directly on the lake is fantastic - perfect for a holiday with a dog, incl. Swimming at the nearby beach. The nature reserve just around the corner invites you to take beautiful walks. The accommodation was very clean, new, well equipped and had a large balcony. Particularly pleasant: breakfast in your room (for an extra charge) and cocktails at the communal pool. Very clear recommendation! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful week at Nicole’s apartment! It was a great base for our family (two adults and three children aged 4, 8, and 10). The apartment was clean and functional, with plenty of space (e.g., two bedrooms and two bathrooms). The yard was a big joy for us, and the surrounding scenery was stunning! It was easy to take day trips around Lake Como from the apartment. Nicole was helpful and responded to our messages quickly. We can warmly recommend this apartment!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

We are a young couple; we spent a very pleasant week in Colico, the house is wonderful with a breathtaking view; its location is very convenient as it is close to many beaches. The environment is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those who want to escape from the city and enjoy nature. In itself, the house is really comfortable, clean and cozy, in its small way we had a great time. Daniel was a very helpful host, he knows how to welcome guests, and put them at ease, he also gives very useful and interesting advice both for those who love to walk in the middle of nature, and for those who want to enjoy the local cuisine. We will definitely think about coming back❤️

The house is more than excellent, completely new and super well equipped. Anything you need is present and ample. The beds are top, bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of closet space. Garden at the front and back so you can always find a place in the sun (or the shade). Very nice chairs at the table making it pleasant to dine for a long time. The two of us were there, so there was plenty of relaxation. If you have more people, it gets a bit cramped with a two-seater sofa and one chair. The only downside I can think of is outside the host, and that's that all locals have dogs that often hit and respond to each other. Especially at night. If you sleep with the windows open, it's a consideration.

We spent a fantastic week in Diego's appartment. The appartment is spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Moreover, it is surrounded by a large garden. The communication was super easy and Diego and his daughter Silvia very always super responsive. All in all we had a great time and we can highly recommend the appartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming little apartment in Gravedona. Though compact, it was perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning view over Lake Como — absolutely breathtaking and a joy to wake up to every morning. A peaceful and beautiful spot, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Lovely place and hosts. I loved the flowers everywhere and the amazing view. We had a very relaxing week here. Gravedona is a small charming village, not so crowded as some other villages on the lake. A bit of a winding road uphill to get to the house but the reward is there, including the private parkingspace. We would love to come back one day.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
