Almost all of the building material is recycled from pallets, construction scrap wood and materials, and things gifted to me or old items I've replaced for customers over the years working as a contractor. 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 Queen beds, brick home, built in 1904. Front steps, to front porch, steps to second floor, steps in back of house to landing. This house has some features like pocket doors on both floors, stained glass window, leaded glass, etc. There is a nice back yard , fenced in for privacy, patio for dining outside or relaxing with a book. We are near the Licking River and in a wooded area. Very peaceful.
