Homey open concept home where you van listen to the river while you take a dip in the cedar hot tub. I also enjoyed the deep soaking tub, closeness to the Von Trappe Famiky Lodge, and the milk brother for my morning coffee.

The barnbrook house was lovely, private and rustic. It had everything our family needed as a base to explore VT/NH. The mountain views are sublime and the house is tucked away offering a lot of privacy. As far as amenities, we loved the toy chest, darts board, and den. There’s plenty of space for a family and Dana stocked up the kitchen with coffee and tea. If you need to be in Hanover for events, this location is a 45 minute drive so keep that in mind when planning.

We recently stayed at a delightful lake house in Plattsburgh to celebrate our son’s graduation from CUNY Plattsburgh. Our time there was truly special, as the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful lake views provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. The Boathouse was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made our time relaxing and enjoyable. The peacefulness of the lake allowed us to disconnect from our busy lives and fully immerse ourselves in this joyous occasion. Overall, our stay was a wonderful blend of celebration and serenity. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely retreat in the future!

Dillon was so communicative! He gave clear instructions and was very responsive when I asked questions. The house was lovely and fit our group of 12. Would totally recommend!

Extremely responsive! We had a couple of minor issues and they responded within 15 min both times. Not only did they fix our issue but they were engaging and friendly, offering suggestions on restaurants and little known treasures to explore.

We loved our stay. It was beautiful and we loved being right by the lake as well as the sauna, fire pit, and outdoor seating. The house was cozy and the little kids toy closet was such a cute touch. We had an amazing time on our family vacation and would definitely recommend this rental. Ash was also so communicative and ready to help if we ever needed anything. So thankful!

we had a lovely stay. Kent was friendly, responsive, and his place was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. there were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house. while the location is not walkable to downtown/Church Street (which we knew before we booked), the surroundings were lovely and it was very easy to get to and from downtown from the house. we would definitely stay again next time we're in Burlington.

Older home with a lot of character and very eclectic furnishings. Beds were comfy, AC worked, cooked two breakfasts in the kitchen, very walkable to the lake and a number of restaurants.

Staying at Gail's place was a treat. I came durring the off-season which was quiet and peaceful. Most of the resort area is closed outside winter and summer but there is a small market open during the day for convieniences. It's also a short drive away from many small towns. Standouts were Stowe and Waterbury which were wonderful to visit. There are so many trails to checkout in the area. Hiking up the mountain just outside the apartment is great and has an amazing view at sunset. Camels hump and various trails in the notch were awesome. It was even close enough where I took a day trip into the White Mountains. I stayed for 27 days. Durring the week I work remotely. The internet was enough for large conference calls with video during the day and I had no issues. In the evening there is a noticible slowdown. The Wifi is shared throughout the resort. The kitchen was easy to work with. And when you open the balcony door there is a small stream that offers fantastic white noise.

Wonderful place to stay. The place was exactly what we needed for our stay in the area. The unit was very clean, quiet, and the location was great. The host's were very quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

a very nice and quiet place for me and my friends to relax! the river was sooo beautiful townake up to in the morning and we all made some s'mores by the campfire! right next to a nice restaurant and a Stewart's so we could even get everything we needed for the fire! would come back here again and thanks for letting us stay!

Fantastic! Chris and Kara were awesome to interact with and very helpful with an individual request. The spot was quiet and felt like you could be staying in a friend’s immaculately clean guest room with significant personality based on their musical and cultural influences with a spotless bathroom, a modern TV, and provided coffee to get you out the door in the morning. Very walkable to anything on the north end of Burlington and the lake. For sure would stay there again! Thank you!

We had a great holiday weekend in Charlotte at Robert's apartment. It was close to the mountains we wanted to climb and a nature preserve where we skied. Close to Burlington and Middlebury where we found dinner each night. The apartment is cozy and comfortable; really a delightful place. We also met Robert who was funny and the perfect host. We stayed during a massive winter storm that dumped so much snow on the area and Robert was always very interested in making sure we could get out of the driveway! There were also thoughtful snacks and what not for us when we arrived which is such a nice bonus. We will definitely check to see if the apartment is available the next time we come to VT. Thank you so much, Robert! We hope to stay with you again soon.

We had a wedding in the area and this was perfect for our trip. The house was spacious and clean. The hosts were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The space is small, but extremely efficiently laid out, nicely designed and furnished, and very comfortable for 2 people. It was very clean and one of the most well appointed Airbnb rentals we have ever stayed in. Abbott seems to have thought of every need one might have and made an effort to provide for it. We did not have most of those needs, but were really impressed by the level of hospitality provided. It is located in one of the less upscale parts of town, but is very close to the lake and downtown, and all of Burlington is very safe. It has been a few years, but I lived there for 15yrs and either lived or had friends in all neighborhoods; there are none that I wouldn't stay in for a nice space, and this a very nice space. The only thing missing is a porch ;-)

My husband and I stayed in National at 1854 House and we loved it! It was exactly as described, and Sarah was a terrific host. Everything was very clean, she was quick to respond, left detailed instructions about all the unit had to offer, and even gave us some local recommendations. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, and the swing in the living room was a wonderful extra touch. The location was perfect for exploring all of northern Vermont. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We would absolutely stay in National again. Definitely recommend!

Spacious and well supplied, comfortable bed and relaxing back porch. Host’s were very accommodating and responsive. Walkable to town or short drive to attractions. Others have noted hearing occupants in the upstairs condo this was not an issue for us, we slept soundly. Would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay. Beautiful walking trails and very peaceful in the off season. Enjoyed the over the mountain ride into Stowe each morning.

Very comfortable stay - convenient to ski wither Sugarbush or Mad River. Philip sent specific instructions for turning the heat up on arrival. It took a little while to warm up, but individual thermostats in LR and BR worked nicely. Local recommendations for restaurants and such were spot on.

A beautiful condo, exactly as you see in the pictures. The loft layout makes it possible to work/hangout while someone is sleeping upstairs. The location is perfect. Steps away from the ski school and everything else. Cara is very responsive and friendly. The building is also very clean with a common area at the basement, ski lockers and laundry. Cant wait to come again next year!
