Great cottage, very well kitted out, lovely touches and the previous reviews on the comfiness of the beds was very accurate. We managed to sit out for breakfast in the beautiful garden. Great location, easy to get around. Would recommend a walk down to Pan Ha and some food in the Harbour masters cafe ( book first) We discovered that we had lost the front door key at 9pm on Friday night. Response was so quick it was so appreciated. We had tired kids and just wanted to go back to the house. We got a replacement key within 20 mins! If they will have us back we would definitely book again 😁

absolutely perfect place for me and my dog, would suit a couple and a family with young kids. a very short walk to the beach, pub and restaurant. cottage is beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean with all the comforts of home. loved it will definitely be back

Wonderfull few days away at st Abbs beautiful place for walking and relaxing. Paul was very friendly check in and out was easy no issues. Lovely little find would love to come back in the future.

Perfect position for access to the harbour (with sandy beach), the tidal pool and other amenities. Great local walks along the Fife Coastal Path. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped.

Ideally placed next to beach on quiet street the cottage was ideal. Beds were comfy and cottage very clean.

A lovely little cottage in an excellent location - really close to the beach. Very relaxing and well equipped and comfortable. Rhona was really nice and helpful. Thanks for the biscuits and drinks too they were a nice touch. We would definitely like to come back at some point.

Thanks to Deyan, we had a smooth check in. The cabin would have been impossible to find without Deyan's clear instructions. The place was squeaky clean and everyone loved it. We did wish we could cut out some plans from our holiday to stay there for a few more days. Absolutely worth the money

Fantastic caravan with everything you need for a great holiday. Even had a welcome gift and a few additions to keep the little ones entertained. Caravan feels brand new and has all amenities you could need. Right on the seafront and was perfect Edinburgh marathon weekend as the marathon runs past the front of the park twice. Would highly recommend!

Truly amazing views, exceeding our expectations. Fun and friendly site and space for our grandson too. Perfect host and a simply special place for a total break away from the city noise. Thank You ⭐️

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

We had a wonderful week at Debra's cottage literally right next to the sea. It has been thoughtfully and tastefully modernized with everything provided that you need for a short stay. The location is perfect for day trips North to Scotland, South to Northumberland, and even inland through the beautiful Border Country. It is also very close to the Berwickshire Coastal Path with its beautiful views of the ever-changing North Sea and dramatic cliffs hosting a variety of sea birds. Debra and Stuart were very welcoming and responsive hosts, and even made sure there was no rain during our stay! Lesley and Colin, Berwyn PA

Amazing stay at one of the best apartments in Edinburgh area. Highly recommended.

We loved our short break at the annex. It was cosy comfortable and so peaceful. Lesley could not have done more to be helpful and gave us more than enough information of the property and everything else that was available in the area.

We stayed here for the Edinburgh Marathon weekend and it was perfect for us. The caravan was everything we could have wished for and so well stocked with the necessary essentials like towels, toilet roll etc etc. For our young family we were in the perfect location, with lots of things to do on site and we felt well connected to Edinburgh by bus and a short drive to a train station too. For the marathon, we were in the best location to watch and cheer on the participants - which isn't always fun with little children in tow, but with the caravan sites amenities we had plenty to do and place to shelter when the rain fell. Sam was the perfect host, providing us with great communication before our stay and always quick to respond to our messages. If we are fortunate to return to Edinburgh, we would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the studio hosted by Patricia. Everything we needed was provided & it was clean & warm. The location is so peaceful & beautiful , we will definitely be coming back to stay again.

This place was even nicer than the photos! Nicola left a thoughtful guide book to the space, as well as a list of recommendations for coffee, food, etc. often those guides are really out of date but this felt really thoughtful and current! The home feels like an art gallery, with historic details and gorgeous design elements. I would recommend it to any kind of traveller! Located right in the Main Street and close to the 43 bus into Edinburgh. A perfect stay!

Excellent property for 1-2 guests. Excellent having owners next door and who kept in touch without being intrusive during the stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Only surprise was an Airbnb cleaning fee added to the quote but was not expensive.

We enjoy staying at this property because the view outside the window is so peaceful and beautiful. We love eating breakfast at the window enjoying the spectacular view especially the sunrises. The location is perfect. We enjoy North Berwick very much because there are lots of activities. We like the golf, walks on the beach, hiking The Law, great restaurants and shops plus the convenient train ride into Edinburgh.
