Dock and beach for guest to use. Outside upper deck with grill and lower deck. Open to the outside. Large window and doors. Great place for a family vacation year round. Two king beds and two twin beds. Also, two pull out sleeper sofas. Close to downtown Burlington, bike path, restaurants, park, swimming, etc.
Little Cabin on the LakeWe are a newly opened 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and an open beach for playing just footsteps away. We have two kayaks available for use at no additional charge.
