Platte-Camper in Woods w/FirePit & Hot Tub Access

The Platte Camper - Older RV/Camper located in our side/back yard. We own 40 acres of woods with several trails through the woods. This 26ft camper is not spectacular and is slightly dated, but has water, electricity, Air Conditioning, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is facing away from the house so you will have your own privacy. There is a shared outdoor hot tub that is available for use. We do have a fire pit just outside the camper.

Beautiful setting for a Getaway. One-Bedroom Cabin on 116 Acre Ranch, set 1/4 mile down paved driveway. Minutes away from hiking, canoeing and kayaking. Just a short drive to all the happenings in Traverse City. Thousands of acres of snowmobiling and cross country skiing right out the back gate. Private and Safe place to hang your hat for the night or a couple of weeks. Adults over 18 only, we cannot accommodate children or infants . We have a strict NO PET policy CAMPFIRE AT HOST DISCRETION

Cute and cozy, yet very spacious. Studio style enters into living area with Queen bed and freestanding wood burning stove. Eat-in kitchen with double size loft bed above (best suited for children). Bathroom with shower. Sliding glass doors off kitchen lead to patio with picnic table, grill, and private fire pit. Approximately 350 feet from lake with sandy beach, water trampoline, kayaks, and row boats available for guests. Pet friendly! Note: winter rentals only available Oct. - April $1175/mo.

Chalet style cottage nestled in forest with creek and views year long. At the foot of Nubs Knob ski resort. Ski home for lunch! 10-15 minute drive to shopping in Gas Light District. Vintage waterfront log cabin nestled among trees in a serene setting. Fully furnished interior, water facing deck with table/chairs, charcoal BBQ and bird feeder. Grounds include fish and boat houses, five boat docks, small sandy beach, lawn games, self powered water craft and powered rental boats. Community fire pits and firewood for sale. Excellent star gazing and occasional Northern Lights. Good fishing lake, tons of birds, deer, swans, beaver, otters, ducks, bears, etc.

The Sleepover- (HOT TUB)

Escape the city, or just your everyday life! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Love the outdoors? We are close to lakes, off road trails, ski resorts, local bars/restaurants. Just staying in? We offer a dart board, double shot basketball hoop arcade game, and foosball table. Relax by the electric fireplace or sit around a firepit. With 9 beds and 1 and a half bath, there's space to comfortably accommodate 15 people +dogs.

The Cousin Cottage

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.
