The condo itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and features updated appliances and modern furnishings that made us feel right at home. From the comfortable bed to the cozy living area and fully stocked kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully planned for a relaxing stay. This Clearwater Airbnb is a hidden gem—super affordable for the area and offers tremendous value. Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, family trip, or just to unwind, this vacation rental is a perfect choice. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely return!

Jaysons place is great. Although we had a very short visit, It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and had supplies you don’t usually find in rentals. Jayson was very prompt in responding. Also a very nice young lady at the office along with Jayson handled a small parking issue upon arrival in less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit this condo again in the future.

Everything was wonderful; it felt like home. It's a fantastic place to stay. Very peaceful at night, and the pool was just right.

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

Great place to stay! The location was perfect. Quick uber rides to all the main spots. Rafael was awesome. Friendly, quick to respond, and had everything described perfectly for our stay.

Great stay. Olivia’s place was in a great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were here for a concert weekend, about 25 min walk from Raymond James Stadium. The place was clean, great AC, and had all the necessary essentials for our stay. Olivia is very responsive and had clear instructions before and during our stay. Will be back here again when I come back to Tampa.

This is our second time staying at this location. This time around there was much more noise as the condo is closer to the main street and restaurant across. We didn't mind it as we were gone a lot but there was days when the noise wouldn't allow us to sleep in. The place is nicely renovated and as pictured. The pool area was very close and nice. Overall it was a great week for us. Lots of great beaches in surrounding areas that we utilized by driving to.

My family had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and spices for cooking. They also provide everything you could need to enjoy the beach and the pool, including chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. I would come back!

Super welcoming host, peaceful condo and close to several places of interest. It is less than 12 minutes from Clearwater beach.

Had a great wonderful relaxing time away from work. It was a Mother/daughter get away. Location. location.Location Images on line were point on but in person it is so much more. Steps from putting your feet in the sand. Feet from the pool. The most beautiful sunsets from your front row seat on your own patio. Close to stores and restaurants. Cafe for coffee/tea. Home made ice cream and local shops all conveniently located. Rental management always available And checking in. Will be planning on returning next year. Donna

The condo was perfect! The complex is very nice and centrally located making it easy to get to Honeymoon Island or St Pete. The condo is very cozy, we enjoyed breakfast and the cozy couches, and a bonus that the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo to give more privacy.

Great location, and host provided everything we could need whether it’s at the apartment or at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay! We went to several local beaches. Clearwater Beach is crowded and parking is difficult but other local beaches were worth driving a bit further. We were able to walk to Abe’s Restaurant right next door. Great food and extremely convenient. The condos pool is lovely and less crowded in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved the gym! Next to the gym is a “library” a little room with board games, books and puzzles. The amenities such as the beach chairs, noodles and towels were great! The space was perfect for the three of us and a short drive to the everything!

We had a really nice stay here! Probably my nicest AirBnb stay in quite some time. The location is perfect, and the space itself was even more spacious than we initially thought just from looking at the photos. I loved how big the kitchen was! The linens were super fresh and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The huge oak trees on the property are seriously gorgeous and the house has been so well renovated. It really did feel homey and not your typical cookie cutter AirBnb. I would 100% recommend staying here.

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The pool was hands-down the highlight. sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The home itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and you could tell the host really takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, no stress, no confusion, just smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

Ann’s house was absolutely spotless and well stocked. The home is beautifully decorated and the linens smelt fresh and clean. Next time we are in the area for a game we will definitely be returning to Ann’s buccaneer bungalow.
