Apartment holiday rentals in Clearwater Beach Island

An excellent vacation spot with a few hiccups... The condo itself is fantastic! Right on the beach with a great deck overlooking the Gulf. Place is nicely furnished with everything you would need; great kitchen will all the accessories, bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms clean and with plenty of hot water. Overall, the place itself was nice but there were a few things that needed attention: -Fridge icemaker and water dispenser were broken -Beach towels were lacking in number and in size -There is a mention of beach accessories however we found that there really wasn't anything so we ended up purchasing a lot on our own. Whoever rents after us, you're welcome! :) Most frustrating part was when the A/C broke down; happened the first night of the stay and they didn't send anyone to fix it until the 3rd day! Thankfully, it wasn't too warm but still uncomfortable for those nights. No apology, no offer to refund some money for the inconvenience. Customer service could use some work...

This was such a cute space, had everything we needed and was perfect for my husband and me. It’s was super close to the beach and we walked to the restaurants and stores every night. We loved that the bed was comfortable, very clean and the AC was cold.

Our stay was great! We were able to check in earlier than 3 PM which was great and Anna was super responsive. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! It only took us about 5 minutes. Everything is very walkable and there are plenty of restaurant options within minutes. Would definitely book again!

Absolutely fantastic ! Perfect for what we wanted for a beach get away! Location was perfect for walking everywhere! Peaceful! Host was very accommodating with check in, clean, everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We cannot wait until our next getaway, this will be our favorite place to stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Clean, cozy, and in a great location. It had everything we needed and made our trip extra special also the pool was super nice to have when you don’t feel like going to the beach! Highly recommend!

Alexandra's place was perfect for our stay. She's super responsive and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was great. The place also provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella.

The condo was very spacious with a beautiful view of the water. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, bars, etc.

Arrived for check in,and we were amazed how clean and pleasant unit #16 was.Antonia was a excellent host which we never had to contact her about anything.Walked everywhere ,never had to drive ,everything was very close.The unit had very good vibe and the pool was great.Definitely would book again and will!

Mike and Alex’s Place was perfect for our 4 day trip to Clearwater. Check in instructions were super clear and host accommodated early check in for us. The house was everything we needed, had all beach amenities and the location was everything. Close to beach, shops and restaurants (were all walking distance). The house was clean, however I feel it could have been cleaned a little more ( there were little dead bugs on the baseboards/floor of kitchen, nothing major). Overall I’d say this place is worth the stay and I definitely would recommend it!!

This place was perfect for a weeklong getaway for two! The location is absolutely perfect being 30 steps from the beach! It is also located right in between North Beach and Clearwater Beach, so you get the best of both worlds. This worked well for us as we like the restaurants and shopping that Clearwater Beach provides but love the relaxation and peacefulness of North Beach. The room itself was very clean and well set up for two travelers. The king bed is truly comfortable. Mike and Alex have a lot of beach accessories that they provide as well, such as beach chairs, a cooler, towels, etc. which was extremely convenient for us as we flew in and could not fly with these items. They also have fun miscellaneous stuff like boogie boards, volleyballs, and even a fishing rod! The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Parking on the island is extremely limited so having a dedicated parking space was absolutely amazing! We can't wait for our next trip and would stay here again for sure!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with ground floor access to outdoor seating area and dock. Peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. Views from the garden/dock were amazing. Within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants etc. Very comfortable furnishings and large indoor space. Lina was very responsive to any queries. Nice little touches of snacks and drinks on arrival. Pool area was appreciated by the kids (teenagers). Apartment was like a home from home. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Will definitely be back.

Great location on the water & around the corner from the beach. Very chill & laid back, good spot for a vacation getaway. 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted to stay somewhere cheap for a couple of nights to get an idea of Clearwater and get a better understanding of the area before booking somewhere more expensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and comfortable our stay was. I would honestly stay here again than the luxury beach resorts due to the price and how central the location was. If you're visiting for the first time, I would stay here a night or two and explore Clearwater and see the various properties this city has to offer.

Loved the North end location. Place was clean and just what we needed. No complaints except its not available already for our date next year!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

Building is very well located, to get to the beach you just across the parking lot and the street. Building is oriented north/south, can see sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front door (but the best sunset views are from the beach). Pool is on the east side so during hot late afternoons it’s in the shade but the water is warm. Condo is stocked with everything one needs including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, etc. Agnes is a very gracious, responsive host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

We want to thank you for such a wonderful weekend! Your unit was so pristine and beautiful. We loved the entire decoration scheme. The crown moldings and the high baseboards added so much. Both bathrooms were beautifully done with large showers. The kitchen had all new appliances along with an ice maker that was definitely used well! The high speed internet was very appreciated as well. We loved your unit and were so happy we chose you for our weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!
