Apartment holiday rentals in Clearwater Beach

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

Jaysons place is great. Although we had a very short visit, It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and had supplies you don’t usually find in rentals. Jayson was very prompt in responding. Also a very nice young lady at the office along with Jayson handled a small parking issue upon arrival in less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit this condo again in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The view from the apartment is super nice. The space itself is cozy, beautifully maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay while we were in Clearwater! Immaculate place, very well stocked and equipped from kitchen, to cleaning supplies to towels and linens! Felt right at home. Great communication with the host. Walkable to a shops and restaurants. Felt very secure in a gated community. All the amenities we could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay. Super close to shops etc so walkable location

Magdy's place was very clean and smelled amazing! The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave to do our planned activities. Our flight got in after midnight, but the instructions were clear enough for us to get into the apartment with no issues. The neighborhood was quiet, which was a plus. The AC worked great so that made me happy. Madgy's place will always be one of our top picks while in Tampa!

We loved our stay in Clearwater! The place was exactly as described with I would argue the perfect location for a chill but fun time at the beach. Right next to one of the coolest local bars Reefers and around the corner from public beach access. Parking was a tad painful. We paid street parking for the entire first day, then snagged one of the three free spots by setting a 5am alarm the first morning. Then we didn't touch the car again until we left because everything you need is walking distance. The unit itself had all the home and beach items you need for a week-long stay. We particularly appreciated the full-size washer/dryer that we used for towels every night, and the effective AC. It could be a little cramped with suitcases and shoes at times, and like any beach visit it felt impossible to keep the floors clean but that didn't bother us. We made use of the pickleball paddles and courts every morning too. Very responsive hosts. Overall a great value and comfortable stay!

Gorgeous views, clean and nicely decorated condo with space for 7 people. Enjoyed meals on the balcony and alternating between the beach and pool. quiet condo complex. would stay again!

Allan's Madiera Beach condo was amazing. First off: On. The. Beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony. First floor overlooking the pool and tiki huts give a great vibe. We went from inside the unit to standing in sand in seconds. Second: You are as close as you can get to the shops and bars and restaurants at John's Pass. Also close to the drawbridge to Treasure Island, which is fun to watch raise up to let sailboats through. Perfect location. Third, the unit is immaculately clean, and amazingly organized. Kitchen countertop was spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out all our vacation snacks. We used the microwave and the oven and the blender and the coffee maker and the dishwasher, all great. Pull out bed in the living room was super comfy, our 11 year old slept on it every night no problem. TV and wifi were flawless. King bed was nice and comfy, bathroom was great. Back closet was FULL of beach gear. Whatever you need they've probably got one. Final verdict: paradise.

Out stay was awesome. Nice, clean, updated place with all the amenities we needed. Felt so cozy and location was great. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, corner grocery store and restaurants. Would be great if they added beach chairs and an umbrella to the amenities provided but was not a deal breaker for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, just a block from the ocean... Very cute apartment, nice and clean. With lots of extra little appliances for any special meals.

Host was very helpful from first booking we were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and attending a friends wedding needed a location close to a wedding venue and it was perfect! only seven minutes to the venue! The location was perfect fit for us, Easy to find, easy to get to dining and grocery locations, nice neighborhood, when you walk in you feel like you’re at home! Very comfortable! The decor is simple but elegant! Very clean, inviting! We had no problems at all and had everything we needed to make our anniversary trip a success at a great price!

We absolutely loved our time at Raul's condo. It was exactly as pictured, close to the amazing in site pool and only 10-15 from Clearwater Beach. We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend. Condo was very clean, smelles amazing and had a comfy King size bed.

Diana was super responsive and had a great place. We had an initial complication with the fridge, but Diana helped us resolve it as soon as possible. The location is great, the Avalon is an awesome place to stay. Would recommend 👍🏻

Stephen was great! He was extremely responsive and on top of everything! We had a situation arise out of his control and he took the initiative to contact Airbnb for us so we did not have to and could enjoy the rest of our vacation! Would love to stay again if I come back to the area!

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.
