Lydia was a fantastic host. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It’s located in a luxury gated complex that felt very safe, and the community was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

I was so very thankful for David and Val. They accounted and communicated wonderfully making the stay comfortable, easy and worry free!! It was so clean with everything you could need, and felt Very safe and close to everything. This trip was a huge success and David and Val were such wonderful part of making that possible!! This place is a MUST if you are going to NRG for anything! It will be a quick walk and you are there! The apartment is beautiful and squeaky clean!! It had everything you would need and more!!!! The host responds quickly to any questions and is extremely helpful!!!! Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was sparkling clean, and it was in such a convenient location for the hospital where I had my surgery.

Place was exactly as described and shown in pics, clean and tidy, very responsive, was very flexible with an early check in and late check out, quiet complex with quiet neighbors, and with the location of place, everything for the most part is within 15-20min driving distance. I Would stay here again.

Has great parking, apartment was nice & as described. It can get noisy due to proximity to the main road, but wasn't a deal breaker. I feel the check-in process could of gone more smoothly. Due to poor cell service we had to wait about an hour before we could get in. The host dealt with the issue very quickly so wasn't too bad.

10/10 stay, the unit was beyond beautiful and exactly as described! Will definitely rebook again for my next trip to Houston! Thank you for having us!

Great location with convenient garage parking. Really nice amenities especially the pool. Just wish it had been warmer weather to enjoy it. Extra special spices for cooking and the refrigerator was awesome! Really enjoyed my visit.

Loved the place. It was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures. They were kind enough to leave a bottle of wine and waters. Had no issues getting inside and the host was really responsive when I realized I had listed an old number for the Chip App. Would recommend their place to anyone visiting Houston and will definitely stay again if I am ever back in the area.

Awesome place and exceptional hosts! Place is nicely appointed and well taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and good pool area. Hosts communicate well and are very responsive. Great location to attractions and restaurants without being in the middle of the commotion. Highly recommend this property!!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

We had a great stay, you do have to download two separate apps but they are easy to navigate and use. I apparently don’t read directions well so when I had a question Brian was quick to respond. Close to the Toyota center and felt safe in the complex. When we visit again his place will be one we look out for.
