Lake House

Cozy 100 year old redwood lake house woth windows and gardens on the shores of Clear Lake. There are beds for six plus hide-a-beds for three more in the house. The dining room table seats ten. We are next to the state park with lots of birds and wildlife and tulles along the shoreline. The house is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. We also have a cottage. that is not attached to the house that we rent out separate that is 1bed-1 bath. You can rent both the house and the cottage or just the house.

Welcome to Seven Arbor Cottage! Enjoy some peace and quiet among the trees while taking in a peek-a-boo view of Clearlake or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. My two story cottage is nestled in the Black Forest so there's plenty of privacy from neighbors and several interpretative hikes for wandering. Relax on the multi-level deck and stare at the sunrises and starry night skies or chill in the hammock that's surrounded by a bamboo garden.

Convenient lake access for fishing and recreation. Near the mouth of the Key, providing shelter from choppy waters while maintaining cleaner water than anywhere else in the Keys. Two bedrooms and space for an airbed, it’s perfect for flexible accommodation. M&M Campground, across the canal, is easily accessible from our dock offering cabins and campsites.
